Good remote
The remote is exactly as shown. I matched it with my existing remote while ordering and it works perfectly. Buttons work perfectly and the item is of good quality. Packaging was also very good.

Good product with a small fault
The product works well except the sleep timer. You fix the timer for 2 hours and the AC will go off after 2 hours, but the next time you put it on the timer will start with 2 hours as you had selected last time. So if you want the timer to be set only for one hour, then you have to keep pressing the timer till 24 hours and then it will reset again from 1. That is a waste of time. apart from that, the connectivity is good. The buttons are sturdy.

It worked..
The remote worked for my VOLTAS AC. I have provided link of the AC model below for which it worked for me. The only problem I faced is the slot where battery has to be placed is not properly configured.
