My dog loves his Thermotex. We have had it for almost a year and it makes a big difference on his movement and joints. I bring him to work with me and he lays on it most of the day with the setting on low. I highly recommend this product. I bought it because I have used other Thermotex products on myself and they worked great too.

The center is hard. Even with a blanket my dog won't lay on it. I have 4 dogs and none of them will use it. I wasted a lot of money.

The pad is huge and is very nice but the disappointing part was that the heating element was only in the smack middle of it and is such a small part.My dog loved it, but I will change it for the small bed.

This is a tough review.....the most important part of the bed - the infrared heat - is A+. It was an affordable way for me to ease my dogs' arthritis, since laser therapy became too pricey. The biggest product drawback is the bed cover. It wore through very quickly, even though I kept it covered with blankets, and my pugs aren't big nesters/scratchers. For the price, the cover should be sturdier, especially since many older dogs may have some degree of incontinence. I would happily pay more for a better cover. That said, the relief this bed gives my pugs, and the fact that it still heats up after being on 24/7 for over a year, I would purchase it again and have recommended it multiple times.

The pad is large and comfy. Only a small portion in the middle actually heats up, so there is choice to get right on the heat or to only get close to it. The animals and I all take turns. I put it on the king size bed that we all share. I would recommend this to anyone else. It is a great product.

Our cats and dog absolutely love this bed. I've been using this brand for around 10 years, I'm actually using one of the original beds I bought in 2013.

I just received my VERY expensive dog bed a couple days ago. It consists of a 2 inch thick piece of foam with a hard center piece that gets warm. Not sure how far the infrared will radiate out, but so far it seems very uncomfortable and over priced. There is no option for a refund on this product either for hygienic reasons.Time will tell and maybe in a few weeks I will be writing a raving review on how much it's improved my dogs' lives.

It’s so nice under my dogs regular dog bed. My younger dog always tries to sleep on it... 😉I occasionally lay on it as well. My older dog has arthritis and he is noticeably less strife especially on cold days... recommend it 💯 %.
