Currently working as advertised
I have a strange situation where the previous owners of the house had smaller (20 DFU) Oatey Sure Vents on the double sinks in the master bathroom, but also did some reconfiguring to where they had a pipe running from those connections into the attic. When we remodeled the bathroom, I took out the extra piping and put back 20 DFUs on both sinks. The Sure Vents failed after about a month. I went up in size to the 150 DFU Sure Vents and those failed after about 3 months. I have now gone up to the 500 DFU in hopes that it will last longer since this size should be able to handle almost a whole house. The good news is that these have a lifetime warranty and I have had no problems getting Amazon to replace them when they fail (because Oatey customer service directs you back to Amazon for warranty fulfillment). Time will tell in my case, but so far, so good.

I clearly can not give a long term use review ...
I clearly can not give a long term use review as I just installed it last week but I will say it was just as it was described and having the sleeve or coupling included saved me a couple bucks and a trip to the store. it fits with my 3 inch pipe. On one end its smooth for glueing to pvc or you could use a rubber piece with a clamp so you could connect to the old cast iron pipes and the other end the vent just screws on. I was having issues with sewer gas odor in my home this winter and now that I put this in I have not has any. I have a 3 story house that was vented through the roof I changed it to vent in the attic so no more cold air coming down and forcing air out of my tub drain!

Failed in less than a week.
Price was good. Installation easy. Worked fine for 4 days and then toilet would not flush properly. Removed from vent pipe and toilet flushes fine. Guess I have to try a different brand.
