HAFELE 1000W Blender (Red)

I am extremely happy with this standing mixer. I have a kitchen aid and I bought this for my parents place. I think I might like it better than the kitchen aid. For one, it is easier to remove the blades. This has a sort of spring mechanism which makes it very easy. I also like the fact that you can set time. The attachments are also good. The blender is especially powerful and is made of glass which I appreciate...

Product was delivered within the mentioned time by amazon. Product was intact.But the mixer is getting piping hot within 30 sec of high speed run with in second day. Raised a complaint to hafele customer care. The issue got solved in 2days, it was due to a rubber washer misalignment. However its a new machine, hafele should be more stringent about quality control.Machine now works good and satisfactorily.

I wrote a feedback around 2 weeks back that I am NOT happy with Hafle Customer Care, cause I faced an issue and kept chasing all with no response, HOWEVER both Hafle and Amazon took it to the next level.After reading through my feedback on Amazon and Hafle Customer Care, they reached out to me, heard my problem, and not only fixed it but over delighted me.I assume now that the problem was not with Halfe but an individual technician who was assigned the JOB to fix up machine however he kept lingering it on.HALFE reached out to me, set up the time, visited my place and instead of fixing the problem, replaced the entire machine as I was time pressed.Highly recommend buying this product and I am extremely satisfied and delighted.Thanks Srikant Singh for Personally looking into it.

So, I think a German brand wants to milk it's brand equity in India and launches kitchen appliances - probably contacts a Chinese manufacturer and some time later containers arrive into India and the distribution channels go live - telling people to buy some hot German kitchen appliances. ;-)Someone like me who finds the cost of a kitchenaid too high for infrequent use decides to bite the bullet (we all know it's not a good thing to be greedy :-)) but with so many additional attachments it's difficult to resist.Well, first of all if you are considering this as a replacement for kitchenaid or Kenwood - don't make the mistake - as this might replace brands like Inalsa and the likes.If you intend to use it on a regular basis - don't.If you are attracted by the attachments - please don't, as they are flimsy and practically not usable beyond perhaps grating a willing cucumber. But like some other reviewers have mentioned the blender jar is a good one (love glass jar).So that leaves you with whisking, kneading and batter mixing - all of them can be done with very small quantity.As for the engineering - the whisk and the other two attachments leave a lot of space on the sides of the bowl and at the bottom, so, to get a uniform mix takes time and struggle both. If you are mixing dry flours, only the centre part keeps getting mixed and the sides just keep sitting there. I am absolutely not sure how they have counted 60 touch points - to me they seem more like 6. Don't take me seriously - I didn't count them, but you get the point - don't you?

Can you please help get Meat Mincer as it was not present in my pack. I don’t know why and for what reason. I m disappointed with Haffele

Product is not good . It stopped working with in one week itself. Customer service is very bad

I've been using it for 2 weeks now, I'm a professional baker. These are my thoughts-Overview-- sleek design, helpful timer, many attachments- Got it at a 50% discount, so judging the value in terms of that- 5.5L stainless steel (ss) bowl- Whips cream perfectly- makes a very smooth buttercream and cake batter- can be used to mix small batches of dough (<500gms)Pros-- Automatic timer so you can multitask- heat resistant glass jar blender that blends reallllly well!-stainless steel bowl-tilt head design that takes up lesser space-suction cups at the bottom of the machine to better hold the machine in placeCons--Not as fast and smooth as a KitchenAid even though its priced at a similar range. The transition from speed 3 to 4 is quite drastic.- Not available in many colours (it's actually just the red)- While it mixes a bread dough nicely, the machine shakes like CRAZY. Even the suction cups fail to hold it in place then- connector for all attachments is plastic instead of a more durable solid ss design.- the food slicer and chopper attachments are kinda useless cause they hardly get the job done right- Bowl doesn't have a handle, so it's not very ergonomic. It's quite heavy to lift without a handle.

When u use it to mix anything even in small quantity it cannot be left unattended.. because the machine shakes vigorously and the suction vessel also comes out of the groove and it can be dangerous. I regrest buying this I thought it's cheaper than other stand mixer and I never expected this from hafele...they are a leading brand but I guess this product is so flimsy and maybe they think they can sell anything here in India.
