Natura Green- Bamboo Mugs- Set of 6- 13 oz each (Blue)

Shipping was fast. Packaging was nice. Product is very delicate. I had ordered these mugs and the matching bowls and plates for my new home. Should have read the care information before I ordered, so I guess that's my fault. They are very very delicate. My son broke a cup and bowl immediately after just one drop on the kitchen linoleum. My whole reason for buying these was to avoid broken dishes. Also they did get ran through the dishwasher on high heat wich seemed to be mentioned not to do because they become brittle. So definitely do not microwave! I'd say these dishes would be suitable for a household without children (or clumsy people) and for those who hand wash their dishes. So my overall rating is that they are nice looking but definitely not practical. My 98 cent plastic dishes from Walmart were much better.

This is the first time Ive ever written a review on Amazon. If I could give these dishes 5 rotten tomatoes, I would. They are terrible. I bought them so my littles would have “nice dishes” like the adults, without the worry of broken dishes. I bought twoSets of cups, two sets of bowls and two sets of plates. After just a few weeks, we have half left. My two year old dropped a cup (from 2 feet off the ground) and the cup cracked. Same with the plates and bowls. These are not cheap so I expected them to be durable. I’m extremely disappointed at the waste of money. The dishes also stain and within a couple days they look awful. Don’t waste your money!

The cups are just plastic. One came cracked. I was willing to let the cracked one go to avoid the hassle of returning but then I went to heat up milk on the microwave and burned my fingers when I grabbed it. So not microwave heat resistant! Worthless to me since those were the two main reasons I had ordered them. They were supposed to be unbreakable enough for my toddler and able to be used to heat up things on the microwave without getting hot outside. It's just plain plastic!

We bought these primarily for our kids to use. As far as design goes, it's great to find a mug that uses bamboo instead of plastic. The colors are muted and go well with our regular dinnerware. The handle makes it easy to grasp for kids. It holds enough liquid that I'm not getting up to refill in the middle of dinner. The big drawback is that it easy breaks. Our toddler dropped it on the floor (as toddlers do) and 2 of these mugs have already broken. I expect that the other 4 will also break at some point and at that point I probably will not be repurchasing. Most of the reviews here mention this so I had a heads up on this but still wanted to try it out for myself to test the durability. And unfortunately it doesn't meet my standard of durability.

I moved across the country recently and needed to buy dishes that wouldn’t break with the move. I found these guys and liked their design and eco-friendly nature. They were a good purchase and I’m very happy with them. They have a very sturdy design but aren’t too heavy. I also really like the texture of them for some reason. It just feels good to hold. They also are really easy to wash by hand. Easier than glass for sure.Overall, I recommend!

I bought the ivory mugs nearly one year ago, although I would say the color is more beige-ish. I've been using them regularly and II mainly use my dishwasher to wash them. Over the last couple of months, the mugs have started to stain somewhat (see pic). This may be because I mostly use them to drink coffee/tea in the morning and then put them in the DW, but I may not run it for another 12-24 hours.Also, the handle of one of the mugs broke when I dropped it of my countertop and onto a hardwood floor.Despite the issues, I do like the cups and I'm glad I bought them instead of a more traditional porcelain or stoneware option.

I still love these, I think see them to pour hot cocoa from a carafe when we are sledding with friends. I’m a little dissatisfied with the rim of the cups, they appear to be wearing down, seem rough compared to the inside and outside of the cup. We will see if this affects function over time.

These are handy and sturdy cups...in a pretty blue color too! I believe they’re shatter-proof as well->as my child uses these, daily, in the bathroom & then tosses into the kitchen sink & rotates thru the stack. I’m very happy with this purchase & definitely recommend these eco-friendly cups to anyone looking for versatile cups with handles.
