Used for 1 week and it is falling apart
I was so happy to have this new case to replace the one I had been using for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, after only 1 week, during which time it did not leave the house, the blue coating was peeling and the material was peeling back at the seams. There is not chance this will last more than a few more weeks. So disappointed. Returning for a refund.

Surface coating is not durable
Like others, found that this fits the HDX very well, but the surface coating on the folding edge is flaking off after only two days. A real shame because the cover design is really nice... just poor surface materials.

Kind of Okay, but Kind of Meh...
It wants me to rate "sleep mode"??? This one doesn't even have a sleep mode! The case is sturdy enough and mostly easy to hold. It does collapse every so often, as the close nodes aren't that great. The outer material wears down quickly and it flakes everywhere. I have never had one of these before that just didn't last that long (and I have gone through about 5 or 6 Kindle cases).

I bought this because my old case was peeling and looked bad and after having this one for just a short time it is doing the same thing I got it on sale but expected more.

Great Case
I assumed cases for the HDX wouldn't even be available after owning mine for 7 years. The case I bought with the tablet was completely beat up. When I saw this for the price I jumped on it. Looks and feels great.

Worst item
Cover for kindle hdx started cracking at the fold after 4 days ! Seller & amazon should not bother to sell as it is going to be returned. What's also aggravating is that the cost of mailing it back ( $3.66) will be deducted from the refund.Please read the negative 1-star and 2-star reviews before you order this cheap item and end up returning it.

Okay product
My product came with popcorn kernels as a bonus.Does not stay up very well

Poor quality
After only a few months use this cover is coming apart , very poor quality. My previous cover lasted years but this one won't make it to six months. My kindle is used only at home and stays on the nightstand when not in use, no reason for the cover to be falling apart.
