Ghost Parade - Nintendo Switch Standard Edition

This game is decent. Ghosts are cute, and their powers are interesting. This game however just doesn’t flow well. It almost feels like the game is trying to make you be patient the whole time but they still want you to move quick and make quick decisions. The ability to jump is difficult too. They won’t let you jump while running, or near a ledge, or whenever you need to jump. Prepare to die every few minutes in this game. They at least give unlimited restarts from the last save point.Overall it’s worth 20 bucks or less. Cute game but I don’t get much pleasure when playing this.

Game play reminds me of Metroid on the NES. Graphics are better :-)

Got this game and it was a xmas gift for my daughter. It came with no plastic wrap & the game cartridge was missing from the case.

Clunky gameplay. Awkward platforming with less than average combat.

No tutorials, nothing guiding you, no way to move for over 2 minutes without dying. Unnecessarily hard, and not even when dealing with enemies, literally just trying to move in the game will kill you. Think dark souls, but every death in completely pointless. This game should not exist. Sure it looks cool, but that’s it. Save yourself the money, and just have someone kick you in the crotch any time you think about this game. It’s basically the same effect.

This game is like a cheap rip-off of Ori and the Blind Forest/ Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Very similar gameplay, level structure, map layout, and skill system but only 15% as enjoyable. I played through the first several levels and they were needlessly difficult, I died so much. And I’m not bad at video games! I’m not a video game snob either, I give stand alone indies like this one a fair chance. The art is not as enriching as I hoped given the cover art is so alluring. I’m very disappointed I got this as a Christmas present and it’s too late to return… Do yourself a favor, just replay Ori and don’t buy this one.

While I thought the art style and concept were great, the gameplay didn’t do it for me. For one thing, it really drags. It feels like you’re just wandering around and battling boring clone enemies until you run into another ghost for new powers. Also, the screen is really zoomed out, making it hard to see what your character is doing. Maybe it’s better on a big screen (I played on Switch Lite), but I’d wager not by much. It’s a real shame because the game sounded so cool. It’s the only Switch game I’ve actually returned.

絵の感じと絵が微妙に動く感じはヴァニラウェアを思わせる。正直、この絵の感じは非常に好きである。この点は良く出来ている。本家に勝るとも劣らない。ただ、操作性自体はヴァニラウェアを想像しているとかなりモッサリ感を感じる事になる。絵はイイ、絵は。キャラも可愛い、キャラは。ただ、ゲーム性はそれなり。

パケ絵がカワイイので購入しました、パケ絵とは裏腹にまさかの死にゲーです、だけど死んでも経験値&お金が無くなるとかのペナルティが無いのとセーブ処が要所に有るのでストレスは少ないです、探索アクションか死にゲーが好きならハマるかも
