ERLIN Japanese natural sun dried scallop Conpoy (1 LB)

The size of these scallops are a wee bit small, I prefer the bigger-size scallops, they are softer and tastier. I hope that you will have the big size dried scallops for sale in future.

They were too small and too hard and salty but I managed to be able to use it all.

These are tremendously flavorful. We made a recipe from Grace Young last night with shiitake mushrooms that uses four scallops, and served it on linguini; it was memorable. Expensive, yes, but they have great culinary bounce for the ounce!
