Very nice, but it offgasses
They're very nice quality and beautiful too!I'm taking a star off because I consider it a poor choice to include offgassing materials in health & wellness products. Nobody wishes they could get more formaldehyde supplementation during their workouts. (It's a carcinogen, FYI.) The wheels are excellent, but the foam padding stinks of poison.I'm comfortable taking a whole star off just for that, but I have another complaint which is admittedly going to be pretty specific to just me.I have a touch allergy to some foams, rubbers, and glues (it's the chemical thiourea, actually). As a result, I bought these with the plan to pop off one of the end caps and replace the factory-installed handle padding with something else that wouldn't cause an allergic reaction on my palms. There are several kinds of bicycle grips that would work fine for that for me. My plan was to take off a bolt, slide off the handle cylinder, put a different pad on, and then reassemble.So....no. That won't work. These are put together *very* solidly (which is great, unless you're me) and are comprised of super tough plastic welded together with more tough plastic. I used my dremel, I wedged into spaces with a giant flat screwdriver, and I drilled into it too. There's nothing to take apart in there, unfortunately, so it's still as strong as ever. Meanwhile, I've mangled the end of one of these beauties and obviously can't return or resell them. I'll try to donate them somewhere. For ten bucks more, you can get this alternative design: B007AQ4FX0. That one operates differently because each wheel moves independently on it's own bearing. This product has all that welded plastic because it's constructed to stick both wheels onto a static axle, and then there's a plastic tube like a sleeve over the axle which moves freely, and that's what you grab. It works great as designed and it's great quality construction, so consider this description as just an FYI, in case someone else can benefit as I would have. The one star off is for formaldehyde.

Great for Flys
This is a great way to do flys using only your body weight... chest was quite sore after first use. You can also do the standard ab wheel roll out with these COREwheels, as well as the exercises that come on a CD with this item. Personally I like to use my own body weight for all my exercise needs, so if you're like me... these are great for chest and core. Having 2 wheels is much more versatile than 1 wheel. On the negative,1) The dual ab wheels make it difficult to turn/change direction during the ab roll out, for example if you are trying to target obliques. However, they have come up with an exercise called the tiger roll out that feels like it hits the obliques.2) Not great on linoleum or hardwood floors, they slide around a bit and aren't AS stable on these surfaces. I use a workout mat and I have no issues, carpet is also preferable to increase stability.I gave this five stars because I primarily purchased it for targeting my chest, and it does this extremely well!!! Building up for some the ab roll out and 2 arm fly exercises would be wise for anyone who is new to working out in order to avoid injury.

Love these! They are easy and comfortable to grip ...
Love these! They are easy and comfortable to grip and allow for multiple exercises! Even my 6 foot 1 muscular husband uses them and they hold him up! He said he's never felt his abs work like that when using them - and he's worked out for more than 40 years! They role smoothly and are easy to find because they are cool blue.I'm smaller and can fit both hands on just one and use it that way as well. It's neat how you can roll them in all different directions.

Padded hand grips!!
I love this set! If you are like me and your hands get sore easily from hanging off of or putting weight on bars, then you will probably like this set. The first time I used it, I just thought over and over to myself "It's so comfortable!" I coordinate my workout with this set along with my Ab Dolly workout. They both complement each other quite well. Stronger arms. Stronger back. Stronger abs. Naturally better posture without trying.

Good concept but not smooth rolling wheels
Good concept but not smooth rolling wheels. Maybe it has something to do with my weight as they seems to stick as I do chest flys. I gave them a good month of trying them along with some fellow lifters and they also felt the same way about the movement not being smooth. Tried to return but exceeded amazons time limit for returns. Oops, donating to my gym. Maybe some one will use them.

Love Them
Am a devotee to the exercise wheel. These complement the single wheel very well. Very solid in ones hands, with almost limitless possibilities for exercise. Made by a company with great integrity, they are built to last. Highly recommended.

Abdomunus rectus be warned!
I have the single wheel version, but I really like using this with my clients~ two wheels, working independently, make the entire abdominal wall come into play. The weaker side HAS to come play. The wheel action is smooth and works on a variety of surfaces. Built well, and can take a heavy person as easily as a lightweight. I'd recommend the CORE wheels.

Indeed improved
The engineers that worked on this version really got it right. They made the product very robust, they connected the wheels together to help controlling the motion and made it much stronger. I have the old version that people complained about the wheels falling off it, in my case they did not but I can see the reason they fell off. The new Corewheels will never have the wheels fall off. Just for gigs I tested it with over 500 Lb pressing the center of the handle, it took the test with pride and continue to operate just like before the test. The wheels were widened by about an 1/8th of an inch and the clear material that is used now has more grip and traction even on slippery surfaces.I look forward to many years of workouts with this new version.
