Shipping Scale (DWP-440)

This scale met our expectation. It was easy to put together and is very accurate.

Purchase on 10/3/2013 dead in 08/25/2014.We scale light package. The package weight around 1-40 lbs. never over 40lbs. And We only use 11 month then it's dead.when I press open button, Display has nothing. press any button are no responded.

i have been using other products but this one got bad under a month.very disappointed

I used some known weights to measure from about 0.02 pounds to 200 pounds. The scale gave accurate results at about 6 pounts measured through that range. My main concern was accuracy. After that it was battery life. I need to use the scale remote from a plug in and I didn't know how long the battery would last.I plugged the scale in and charged it 24 hours. I then unplugged it and moved it to the use location. So far, it has lasted three months without recharging. However, I only use the scale a few times a week, and programmed it to go into standby mode (display off) after 1 minute of inactivity. Be prepared to spend some time trying to figure out how to program the scale. The manual is not very clear, and my version was inaccurate. I had to look online at other model manuals and to blogs to figure out how to program the scale for the standby mode I wanted.
