Terrific, just what I hoped for. Dehydrated zucchini in dried bits. Fresh and ready for emergency food storage. Haven't eaten any yet, but think will be great to add to soup or rice

Great product. Includes meat, seeds and skin. Love it in soup. Strong flavor and scent. If you are making a dried vegetable soup, use a little less of the zucchini than the other vegetable portions, otherwise it will overpower the other ingredients.
