Very good book! The author did a great job merging two post modern approaches. I like the capability to get the ebook, but it is not as easy to get it - especially on multiple deviceBut this book should be read by all who practice Narrative and Solution Focused,

Unfortunately I bought this book before the price dropped. Way overpriced for the what you get. Not really any new content for counselors who already use solution focused therapy except for Dr. Metcalf's focus on pulling in narrative therapy techniques. Pretty skimpy book for the price.

I was very impressed with how Linda weaved so well the narrative and solutions focused frameworks within this book. This is an excellent resource text for therapists and counsellors.

Absolutely loved this book, and I've learned a lot from it. If you are familiar with both approaches, you will love just how user-friendly this little book is. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this book for those clinicians interested in seeing clients discover insights, resiliencies and strengths that are typically overlooked. Metcalf's model is a wonderfully rounded approach that captures the best of solution focused and narrative therapy. I am overjoyed by the successes my clients are experiencing as a result this easy to follow intigrated model.

Love this book! Metcalf makes her ideas immediately accessible through her use of case studies and activity sheets. I have already made use of some of the activities in this book and will continue to look to it for ideas for future sessions.
