Great Value and keeps me active
I work with Computer and on my desk for 10-12 hours a day. This fitness tracker (Lintelek) reminds me every 15-20 minutes to move my body and stretch. My daily step activities have increased multi-fold after started to wear this getting me closer to my 10,000 steps per day goal. It also accurately tracks my sleep. Not only it is Fitness Tracker, Heart Rate Monitor, Activity Tracker, Pedometer Watch with Connected GPS, it alerts me when I am getting a text message, phone etc, giving a choice to hang up on spam Robocalls, right from my wrist. Will definitely buy again.

One of my BEST recent purchases!
I recently started trying to be more proactive with my health, and I was looking for a more effective method of monitoring my steps and calories burned from workouts. With the apple watch and Fitbits being a little out of my price range for my first purchase, I researched and opted for this Lintelek Fitness Tracker Watch, which is rated #1 Bestseller by Amazon. I LOVE this thing!Good:- Any watch you get is going to have a bit of a discrepancy in the steps-tracked due to arm movements and the "buffer period." I do notice that the watch skips the first 20 or so steps of any walking (which may mean all of the walking if you're doing a lot of short bursts of walking, like around the house), but it hasn't bothered me too much at this point.- The various features on this watch are an excellent value for the $~30 price tag. I love the gentle vibration alarm, that I can activate to keep from bothering my partner in the morning. I'm a heavy sleeper and I'm surprised at how effective these are. I also love that I can receive message and call notifications on the watch.- The app is intuitive and straight-forward enough to use. It allows for step, sleep and heart rate tracking on both a daily basis, as well as longer-term periods (weeks, months, years, etc.).- I love that you don't need a cable to charge the device -- just "unplug" the lower wrist strap from the display and plug the display into a USB port. It's super simple, and nice to not require extra equipment.Bad:- I'm using the watch with an LG G6 Android (Version 9) phone, and the most frustrating part of this watch so far is when I need to "Bind" the device to my phone/app. That seems to take forever and always pose a problem, but I've only had to do it twice in 3 months (once when I first received the device, and once after unbinding because I couldn't get my the app to sync with the watch).- The Heart Rate monitor seems a bit erratic. All-in-all, I do trust it generally, but you'll probably notice a lot of bouncing around if you just sit and watch it for a while.- The Sleep Tracker feature seems to always turn off around 8 AM. I consistently wake up after 8 AM, and the watch doesn't seem to recognize that, so the sleep tracker registers a bit short. That being said, it's very good a tracking the sleep time (including the "awake hours" when I may be laying in bed but not fully asleep yet).- The "VeryFitPro" app (which is the only one that will link with the watch) is not an option to connect to the MyFitnessPal app that I utilize for food tracking. I end up having to add a secondary app (either Google Fit or Strava) to go between, and even then, I usually end up manually inputting my steps into MyFitnessPal. If you register a workout event though, like activating a 30-minute yoga session, for example, then Strava is usually pretty good about transferring the data.- Very minor, but I wish that you could add more than 3 "exercises" to the watch to allow for tracking. It's not a big deal, but just something that I'd like to see in the future maybe.- The "wrist sense" motion required to get the time/steps to display on the watch (without touching the screen) needs to be somewhat exaggerated. You probably won't get the screen to display if you pick up your arm from desk height, but if you put your arm down at your side and bring it up, that should work. Or you could always just tap the button. Your choice.Final verdict: I love this thing. I never used to like wearing watches, and I've had this one on every day for the past 3 months. It's not too bulky, doesn't look too out of place dressed up or down, and just works really well. It's a great value, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a tracker or even just a watch.Pic 1: Watch at restPic 2: "Wrist Sense" display of time and steps takenPic 3: Home screen display when pressing button

Nice bang for a comfortable price~
Ok, so I debated for a long time about getting a fitness tracker. I’m old school; so when I realized my phone tracked my fitness, I thought who needs another device. But I’d forget my phone at my desk sometimes and my step count would always be a bit inaccurate. I then looked at Fitbit...a bit pricey. I did the research and decided to try this watch. So far so good. I like the simplicity. The app is user-friendly. I wish it tracked water intake, but you can’t always have everything. It tracks my steps, biking, running and sleep. The charge seems to hold well. I’m on day 5, no need to charge yet. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

An excellent fitness tracker for an excellent price
I’m so glad I found this fitness tracker. It syncs perfectly with my iPhone. It does everything I need. Tracks steps, calories, distance, walking and running exercise, sleep and my heart rate. I have a very small wrist and the small size band fits comfortably. The instructions come in the box and are easy to follow to set up the tracker and the app. It arrives fully charged, so you can put it on and start exercising right away. It was about half depleted after 5 days, but I decided to top up the charge. Easy, fast, and you don’t need a cord. The price is so low, I was a little nervous when I ordered it, but you don’t have to be. I’m very pleased.

Excellent Fitness Tracker for the Price
So far I have really enjoyed this fitness tracker. I bought it in hopes that it would motivate me to get more exercise, and it has. I have put in daily walks all week. The sleep monitor breaks down your sleep pattern into light and deep sleep and information is stored on the app, so you can see your progress throughout the week. Overall, a very good investment -- especially given the cost of comparable trackers.

Helpful for Desk Job Folks
This tracker has been extremely helpful to me in my weight-loss journey. I used to be super active but now that I am working a desk job, the sedentary lifestyle had creeped in and taken over. This tracker helps me be more mindful of my activity levels throughout the day (and week), which has caused me to be more proactive about my activity levels. I haven't learned all the ins-and-outs of this thing yet, and I do not use the sleep tracker feature, but I do wear it everyday and shoot for 10,000 steps a day. I have figured out how to track my heartbeat while biking, but it does not count biking towards steps, so on the days that I opt for cycling instead of walking or using the elliptical, it still looks like I am short of my step goal. I wish it would adjust for this (and maybe it can) but it is ok with me. The tracker is doing what I need it to do, at a very good price, and with a surprisingly long battery life. I also purchased the 2 year protection plan just in case but I have not had to use it yet. I've been using this tracker everyday for almost 4 months now.

Best bang for your buck.
I did research before ordering this fitness tracker as I was trying to spend as little as possible and still get a decent device. This device came up as best bang for your buck (less than $30). Up until this purchase I had not been this satisfied with anything less than a Fitbit. My last Fitbit had just run its course after 4 years and I needed a new one. I gave it 4 stars for sleep and accuracy because it does not track my awake time properly. Other than that it seems to be accurate and had all the bells and whistles I want.

Does not work with any tablets
Bought two of these been wearing mine for one week. Despite what the rewies say about not staying connected or not syncing or miss counting steps. Or not reading text messages. Mine has been 100% functioning. I haven't had it disconnect. It counts my steps pretty good. Even when on my elliptical. When I get a text it pops of on the screen and you can read it. (Even Messinger) Phone call it shows who's calling. There is a function in the app that you have to turn on for this. So maybe this is the reason some people's don't work. It's called the SNS alert need to turn this on. Also has an alarm that vibrates which is very key for me as I have to wake up at 630 am to take a medication and all it does is vibrates. I don't have to wake anyone else up with my alarm. It's a pretty powerful vibrations. So far the battery is still going from the day I got it and fully charged ...7 days so far..the app shoes grate detail on sleeping patterns, your work outs and steps along with your heart rate. I want to give this a second review for my second watch but it will only let me do one. For my second review it would be a four start. Bought one for my grandma she doesn't own a smart phone. It has a brand new Samsung tablet. (Not the cheap one either) you can NOT use a tablet for this watch. I even tried my I pad pro. no where in the description does it say will not work on tablets. So now she can not view histories or look at her sleeping data. I had to unpair mine from my phone to set hers up.

Took some getting use to
I am now pleased with this product. It had to fool around a bit to have it read my steps, which was the main reason I got it, so now that it is counting my steps I am very please with it.
