This is a good quality product and it was delivered in time.All bands are of same size - about 30cm length (60 cm loop) and they stretch to a little over double of that length.The three bands are of different level resistance- yellow is heavy, blue is medium and green in light.Perfect for my physiotherapy exercises.

Good ones for this price range, I use it twice a week since last 4 months. If u like stronger resistance use all three together. I use it for my glute activation mainly. Only con is they fold while using and doesn’t stay flat.

Using since a week and loving it. You get set of 3 latex bands of different resistance ,that's great. Go for it. It's complete value of money.

Material is so cheap, doesn't look for a workout. I've wasted my money. I can't do even a simple exercise with this.

Eh. Very bad. Get a band with better skin contortion adaptability, it will be a little bit pricey but less wasteful than buying something like this.

It rolls up when used.. which hurts. Not sturdy ..even the hard one rolls .. but ok to use for startersBut haven't torn yet ,have been using it for a month now.. so I guess it's okay.

Though the pricing is good the length of the band is less around 9 inches and some of them appears to be very delicate and not sure about the durability.
