Lamiglas Bluewater - Saltwater Fishing Rod

The Bluewater Lamiglas (BW6640 C 6' 6") rod is pure garbage. I bought six of them, three already broke, in the same place, about a foot down from the tip. It can't withstand more than 5 lbs of pressure, the rod will snap. Too bad its garbage, a good looking, but very poor quality fishing rod. Never will purchase another Bluewater again!

One of the best rods I have seen in a long time. You can troll,jig,live bait and even use with a spinning reel. I give 2 thumbs up to lamiglas for the shipping, came in a pvc pipe, sure wish some of the other retailers shipped rods like that.NICE ROD, WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !

I took this rod on a multi-day tuna trip out of San Diego. Matched it with an Okuma Azores Blue 6000 reel. It was great for yellow tail and dorado. I wouldn’t want to try to land a 100 lb blue fin with it, but for the >40 lb fish, it was perfect.

Snapped it in half using 25 lb monofilament line. Absolutely disappointed in this low quality China built rod. 😔.

My go to rod. Salmon, halibut, ling it does it all. Sensitive but handles the fish.
