Easy to use stores flat in your fly bag. Would recommend color over white in a rolling river. Hard to spot.

Nice little budget strike indicator.They're cheap, they don't slide around, and I have yet to lose one.

These indicators are by far the easiest casting you can by, they will not slip or come off your line either. If you want to adjust the position you can carefully peel them off and place a new one where you want it. I probably won’t ever use another type of indicator, and I’ve experimented with pretty much every type there is

The media could not be loaded.  I rarely use indicators (bobbers) but last month I was on the western slope of the grand tetons and despite having crystal clear water the Cutthroat blended in so well I couldn't see them or their shadows. As a result, I kept missing fish or over reacted to the smallest change around my fly. So, I popped on one of these pink indicators and had one of my best days on the water! It's perfect for small single nymphs. You may could use with a dropper if it's a 18-22 midge. As to my reason for writing this review, last weekend I tried it again over in a national forest in West Virginia with tanin stained water and on my first cast a large brookie rose and inhaled this indicator! Sadly there isn't a hook on it so I didn't land the fish but it's possible, I guess, that this little guy may serve as a stimulator in dark stained water. Only downside is they don't last long. If you want to adjust the height it's better to replace with a new one but they are so cheap I don't consider that a downside! Another application for this guy is to adjust the height on a hopper / dropper rig. If the depth changes, instead of re-tying your dropper you can use this guy 6-12 inches behind your point fly to adjust the dropper depth. So convenient! Starting to slowly embrace fly fishing with a bobber!

I've always been skeptical about these and just had them has backups. After losing too many foam football indicators (and yes, I twisted them on correctly) I finally pinched one of these on and it literally lasted all day. The only sad part was when I broke down my rod at the end of the day is I had to throw it out and couldn't reuse it (obviously). I still primarily use foam indicators for nymphing (having to constantly change depth), but if I know I'll have a consistent setup all day these are a great option. And these are absolutely great when you have small, hard to see dries. I'm a Griffith's Gnat man, and those little buggers are darn near impossible to see in some water. Pinch one of these on and you'll never lose where you're at and shouldn't ever miss a strike.

They're throw away but sooo easy to use, I can appreciate that... when u cant wait to get in the water and you've already worked your flies, I hate putting on indicators.... wish it was a little cheaper for what they are.

These are hard to beat. I've tried others, but often come back to this.
