Sadly, the desk came not pre-assembled correct. On looks alone it looks very nice and substantial. Very few pieces to put together. However, one of the legs I was unable to attach because whomever pre-assembled it put the cross bar on upside down so the pre-drilled holes did not line up. Spend a decent amount to not be able to put it together properly. Pretty disappointing especially considering I waited so long for it to show up.

This desk is a really well made piece of furniture. It's beautiful, it's heavy and it's functional. I really love the outlet/USB panel. I work from home and I'm absolutely thrilled with this desk.As other reviewers noted, one of the small drawers wouldn't open, but we did what the other reviewers did, and carefully dropped that end on the floor from a few inches off the ground (not from the 18" that they were told though).As another reviewer noted, this desk does not have the holes on top for cords as pictured, though there is a hole through the back panel you could use. Personally, I didn't need them so I was kind of glad they weren't there, but it is odd that they're in one of the photos. Just a heads up!

The keyboard tray is crooked. It’s not loose just crooked. Can I get a new keyboard tray?Also there is absolutely no wood; this is heavy plastic looking like wood.

My husband and I visited several furniture stores and I just could not get excited about any of the desks I was finding. I've been very comfortable sitting at our kitchen island and working from home during the pandemic. However, I'm not sure if or when I'll ever return full-time to my office, so a more permanent location was in order. The size, quality and function of this desk is a perfect fit all the way around! I'm now actually excited about finding a work chair so that I can move to our guest bedroom/new office!

The desk is amazing. I couldn't be happier with it. Fairly easy to assemble but it's heavy, as others have mentioned.I don't want to take stars away from the desk because of the shipping service but shipping was a nightmare! Desk was delivered 2 days after it was scheduled for delivery. No communication from the shipping service (NSD) that there were any delays. Reached out to their customer service hours after it was originally scheduled to be delivered, took a couple more hours to get a hold of a live person but when I finally did, I was assured the desk would be delivered later that day / evening... NOPE, nothing! First thing the next day I attempted again to get ahold of the shipping service for a couple more hours. Finally they called me back and said the only time they had available to deliver was the following day (2 days after scheduled delivery).Obviously, I'm not happy with the delivery service that was used but the desk is exactly what I hoped for, it's as pictured, arrived in good condition and great quality. Worth the struggle!

I spend several hours a day at my desk and even more now that we've hit a pandemic. I was able to put the desk together myself, although I do recommend 2 people assemble simply because the desk itself is quite heavy. I wanted a solid piece of furniture and I really do love it. The 3 drawers are shallow but functional, with wooden dividers that you can arrange as you'd like . The only issue for me was the control box wouldn't slide onto the track. Thus it looks like I have wires everywhere underneath. I just need to fasten them with the provided ties to clean it up. It's a solid piece of furniture. If i accidentally knock into it with my knee or something in the high position it does shake the monitors a bit but still seems sturdy. I purchased a drafting chair to sit with it - I like being higher up. It's just more comfy for me. I use the up and down settings for comfort every day. Works very well.

Desk is beautiful and heavy. Like the review before the drawers wouldn't open but the major default on my desk is that there wasn't the holes on top to feed the cords into the center panel electric strip. Now all my cords are not neatly fed into that panel and have cords everywhere. The picture shows a black cap with holes on either side of the desk. Disappointed with that to say the least.
