I have just completed my first use, I am very impressed, my under arm hair regrowth is not so thick. I started on level one, but will go up another level, I have dark skin and very thick hair. Also very easy to use once instructions are read.

I have been using it for four months. I even downloaded an app for this product. I used it following the schedule they suggested on the app. I used it mainly for the bikini area. However, so far, I haven't seen any distinct change. Please do some research prior to buying it. I read an article online discussing the functions of the light with different colours. It seems that only the red colour light has a real effect on hair growth. But this product generates no yellow light.

This is really too much work for me and I just don't have the patience. My gf thinks differently though and she has used this for a while now and she does see results, sloooowly. I am not sure it's worth the big effort, but will of course think differently when she has used this for long enough that she doesn't have to shave or epilate anymore...

Bigger than I thought once unboxed, but given that I’ve never used one before I guess I never knew what to expect. I’m also going to say that I find it quite pricey, but again I’ve never used one before so this may in actual fact be a reasonable price for one.I’m not a hairy person, but thought I’d see if I could permanently remove the hair under my arm pits. You have to have a few treatments to see any benefits so I guess only time will tell if it will be effective on my skin type as I understand it can be ineffective on a non Caucasian person.I’m assuming that in the long run if you are a very hairy person it would make more sense to use this than coughing up £££ for multiple visits to the beauticians. I understand that nothing is guaranteed. So I guess you have to take a chance and hope it’s up for the job.

Please do not buy this product. It stopped working in less than a month. Totally regret wasting resources on this.

I used to go for hair removal treatment in beauty treatment places. I thought it would come with a pair of UV proof glasses but it doesn't. but there was a small bag of candy came with the product(thoughtful and sweet to their customer). I started using it for a week and it seems working well. I know it will take a few weeks to remove them all but it is much cheaper to buy a device DIY than go for treatment. Warm reminder: it works on different skin colour , remember to adjust accordingly. don't get yourself burnt

Decent hair removal tool which works well. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully.It's a bit smaller and takes a bit longer to use than other (more expensive) HPL devices. But that's why this one is cheaper.For the money, it's pretty good.

Firstly the design and build quality are great, it feels like a premium product made from high quality materials, have the very attractive soft feel case to store it in is also a major bonus.Once you get your head around the safety instructions, (which can seem quite worrying re skin burns and other adverse reactions including extra hair growth), the device is actually pretty easy to use. I have not had the product long enough to see any long-term results but the operation is very straightforward. The include instruction manual is comprehensive and explains the process well.It was a bit frustrating to find that skin should not be exposed to the sun after use as it arrived in the summer so only unexposed areas could be tested, however I’m looking forward to doing a thorough programme over winter.Having had professional (and expensive) laser treatment in the past, I’m looking forward to seeing if this small device has any lasting effect. Unlike the laser treatment this product doesn’t hurt at all to use and the small zaps are not uncomfortable at all. However it will be interesting to see if all the areas were treated equally, as you are unable to really tell where you have used it.The device has several features which add to the experience, including automatic skin tone detectors which stop the device working if it is turned up too high, it has 5 power levels and you are also able to use with a glide motion rather than doing individual areas in a grid pattern. This makes treating large areas much easier.It would have been helpful to have some sort of attachment to use on the face, as it seems quite bulky to use in this area. However overall the device is easily portableIf you have never used this sort of product for hair removal before, don’t expect to see instant results, but I’m hoping over time to see a gradual reduction in the time spent de fuzzing.There is an AP which you can sign up to use, to help keep up your schedule of treatments but I did not take advantage of this.
