Decent product
This product effectively removes phosphates from both freshwater and saltwater aquariums, helping to promote optimal water quality for your fish and other aquatic creatures.I used two pads in my 52L and in a couple of days my corals were actually suffering from the sharp drop in phos levels. I removed the pads for a couple days then added agin but this time with only 1 pad and this was better for my corals. You could always introduce slowly if you want to add more pads. They last a long time and even pickup detritus if used early in your filter chamber. One of the most significant benefits of this product is its ease of use. The foam insert block is designed to fit into most aquarium filters, making installation a breeze. The Fluval Phosphate Remover Foam Insert Block is also an affordable choice for aquarium enthusiasts. Despite its high level of effectiveness, this product is reasonably priced, making it accessible for those on a budget.Another advantage of this product is that it can be used in conjunction with other aquarium filter media to promote optimal water quality. This means that users can customise their aquarium filtration systems to meet their specific needs, ensuring that their fish and other aquatic creatures are living in the cleanest and healthiest environment possible. It is important to note that the effectiveness of the Fluval Phosphate Remover Foam Insert Block may vary depending on the size of your aquarium and the level of phosphate buildup in the water. In some cases, users may need to replace the foam insert block more frequently to maintain optimal water quality. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits of having a clean and healthy aquarium environment. In conclusion, the Fluval Phosphate Remover Foam Insert Block is a good choice for anyone looking to maintain a clean and healthy aquarium environment. Its ease of use, effectiveness, affordability, and compatibility with other filter media make it a highly recommended product for aquarium enthusiasts of all experience levels.

Just brilliant at removing nitrites
I had read reviews on this before purchasing and honestly was just hoping it was half as good as reported!I’d had problems with reducing nitrites in my tank even with following all general advice.I added these to my filter foam block and within 2 days my levels were within safe zone!I totally recommend this product

It filters stuff out of the water but not nitrates
I used 6 packs in my fluval 408 external filter and except making the water cloudy I've seen no benefit what do ever . I used it to the instructions rinsed them out before use and it's no better than any normal media in your filter ..
