Tudor Rose Pendant Necklace - Pewter British English Rose Jewelry

Having loved "The Tudors" series on HBO, this was the logical present to buy myself. The Tudor rose combines the red and white roses of the Yorks and Lancasters, famous in the British Wars of the Roses over the succession to the throne, which the victorious Tudors wisely combined into their own design. This pretty pendant is suitable to wear for every occasion. The fun is seeing who will recognize it in the 21st Century!

Pendant is heavy and nice but the price was a little high.

I love this necklace. It came very fast, I wear it everyday on a chain that I have because the chain that comes with it is useless. It is a little heavy but not in the least noticeable. I recommend this to anyone who loves the Tudor family as much as I do. Which is a lot!!

I bought this as a gift for a very Tudor-crazy friend who loves the history of that very interesting family tree. The piece came on a throwaway cord, but the charm itself is very well made and sturdy- a beautiful addition to a jewelry collection and by far and away one of the better replicas I have seen of this particular symbol for the Tudor house.
