IT IS READY TO USE, JUST ADD WATER AND START USING. ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE INTERMITTENTLY (NOT 24X7) AND LITTLE COSTLY. STRONG POINT IS THAT IT GIVES CONSISTANT HIGH LEVEL OXYGEN SUPPLY.

Worst experience with the product and service.
The media could not be loaded. Worst experience with the product and service. It started giving "low purity" alert after running only for 18 hours.When we contacted the service center personnel,he said since we purchased it online we will have to pay 1500+ 18%gst for door service.He asked me to come to his service center which is very far and I can't leave the patient alone at home since the patient is on 24- hours oxygen support.They are just trying to take advantage of people's situation and I raised the complaint yesterday and the service personnel told me that he will visit me today afternoon. We somehow arranged oxygen cylinder last night. Very very very bad services. The head office customer care doesn't even receive calls. So basically, these guys are just taking advantage of someone's situation and playing with patient's lives. I would have given it a 0 rating if supported by the app. Also, the service personnel was very rude with me. Again saying bad experience worst service.PS: I have call recordings with the service center incharge.

Totally Non Functional delivered to me by Amazon when I need it the most.ed it the most.
The media could not be loaded. Totally Non Functional machine sent to me on 24th June 2021. I opened the box on 25th June 2021 and started the machine as per the manual through 1000VA voltage stabilizer. Oxygen concentrator didn't work at all. I requested customer service for Return/Replacement or a Technical support or at least connect me to a techinal engineer who could help me over phone. None has been provided to me till 26th June 2021.People should go for good brand oxygen concentrator from local market only.
