Ashoka Ready Meals Bhindi Masala 280g (Pack of 10)

Ashoka in my experience is a good manufacturer and its products are usually fine. I have had other products and been pleased. I also bought Bhindi Masala a couple of years ago from a local Indian shop and it was more or less what is shown on the packet. However, the pack from Amazon is very different. Hopelessly overcooked. The okra has been reduced to string. And the whole thing is too salty to be served seperately. Maybe a bad batch, but will certainly never buy 10 again. There remains the problem of what to do with the remaining 8.

Quite tasty and okra is not cheap so good value. Easy to heat and makes a quick meal with some veggie rice.

Okra is not as per picture on the box. It’s just mush
