Body Hoops Weighted Hoop for Exercise and Fitness

On the site from which I bought my hula hoop. at the top there is a chart informing potential buyers which size hoop is recommended. At the bottom of the page is another chart. For my size there was a conflict of information. between the two charts. I decided to use the upper chart. I believe that was a huge mistake and that I should have purchased the smaller size. I went ahead and bought the larger size per reviews which said that the larger sizes were easier. Not true. I now have to buy a smaller size as I believe that would better suit me. But...fabulous hoop.

This hula hoop turned out to be too small, my fault not the seller. I have fibromyalgia so the weighted hoop hit me in places which caused pain for me (also not sellers fault). The biggest problem I had was I was not able to return it because once I put it together, I could not take it apart to send it back.

Came with zero instructions. Have no idea what rubber plugs are for. Box arrived in poor condition and metal is bent slightly in absolutely every section - looks like it's been used basically.Very disappointed with a product that got suck high reviews.Trying to reach out to manufacturer to get more instructions on what parts are for and why it's in such terrible condition.

Torture device.I hula hoops at a woman's convention and was looking for similar hoops. There's were custom made pvc ones. Reading tons on Amazon, I picked these.Bought 2 so my kids didn't say, I want to try (whine voice)... didn't need to. These things hurt!! No one. Including me , wants to use it. I followed directions of a moment here or there the first few days. My 16 year old and I laughed as we beat ourselves up. I thought I was going to break my toes dropping them! My sides hurt and not the good workout way.Weeks in and i once got 7 spins. 4 is my norm before I jump outta the way in fear as it hits the ground. Have to be super aware of where my 2 year old is because this could seriously hurt her.I now own two dust collectors for my basement.

I received this product on July 6, 2020.1. No Directions as to how the hula hoop is suppose to connect together2. There is a small black sponge like item inside of the black hoop bars along with a bag of six more ( I no idea what they’re for)3. When I tried connecting the hoop bars, it seemed loose/wobbly4. Nothing on this box mentions the name SpinsterzIf things don’t work out, I’ll be returning.

This hoop is marketed as a weight-loss hoop, which I suppose is why it's so heavy, so it is NOT for beginners. The metal pieces that connect the hoop pieces together are of varying quality, so some snapped in just fine and a couple were harder to get connected. The first couple times I tried to use it, it just flew apart while I was hooping. I ended up buying a travel hoop made of a slightly lighter material from a smaller independent company that specializes in flow tools and that was a much better choice.

i started with a cheap plastic thing from a local store ... do NOT do this it's too flimsy and light to really work ... i tried a "weighted one" to naively "increase the burn" (or whatever) and it was very challenging to keep it going (no workout if you spend all your time picking it up) ... this 42 inch is perfect size (i'm 6 foot) and the weight is such i can actually do it for 20 to 30 seconds at a time working out ... that's more stamina that it may sound like ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR WORKING OUT WITH

I ordered this hula hoop because it is made of metal inside. I had already purchased (and returned) a hoop that was made of plastic and it was very floppy at the seams. This one is solid and I can hula hoop for the first time in my life! It is a nice weight and padded. I am extremely happy with my purchase!!!!!! Thank you Body Hoops
