Was a bit sceptical at 1st but since we introduced Alexa to our home,I could never look back,it’s like when I got my first smartphone…..I was like ….why did I wait for so long to get one,totally love it and anyone that brings Alexa into their home will feel the same,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Product

Take a bit of time to set itself up - initialize and update. Much deeper stereo sound than Echo Spot which I admitted that is not bad for small in size Echo Spot. I like the bigger screen which I can watch Prime in bedroom. I can't do that with Echo Spot which only has 3" screen. Happy to get it on discount price - the original full price is a bit overprice I think.

Reviewing after 4 months of use.At first, I thought of buying dot, reviewed others and slowly got the biggest and best of Echo devices. I was impressed with quality of make and sound that it produced. You don’t need anything else if you have Echo 10.Negatives – The software and its usability is pretty bad. After getting such a bigger screen and good volume, I thought I could do a lot but bored of the options and now it is only a device to see youtube and ‘Alex – Tell me more’ things.Amazon can really do better on the apps, that can be installed on this, let the users use the massive screen and enjoy much more. The Youtube sucks on this – you can only open in Firefox and that’s ridicules. Why can’t you create an app on its own for good interface, navigation, etc... This is where Google Home is Best. You can integrate to your phone, cast, and use it in whatever ways you like. Furthermore, Apple is best it terms of thinking about how to build end user solutions. Both are lacking with Amazon.I thought we will make use of Alex and the device more but this is in very early stages of AI. Talking to Alex is not that fun while we all enjoy taking to Google hub and are more attracted to Google hub max than Amazon Echo.Home automation is integrated and can manage but Google really cracked the usability hacks. I think Google does have a team that always looks for feedback and improve the services while Amazon is just selling one device without much investment into research and development. You do get new version for the sack of keeping in the market but the underlying software changes are far to minimal.Do something amazon if you want to be in business.

Sadly the integration with Blink cameras is poor. Frustrating as this is what I mainly purchased the show for. I was told Blink only integrates fully if you live in the US, no idea why. With hindsight I should have perhaps gone Ring rather than Blink?Let me explain my experience. Someone goes to your door. Camera is triggered. Alert sent to your phone at some point. You then have to ask Alexa Show to display said camera. Alexa Show then loads up and connects to the camera at some point. By which time your courier, or whoever, is long gone. Pointless. The sales pitch suggests you can have a real time conv with your visitor, no chance.The Blink cameras themselves are good and do what they say on the tin. No issues with battery, range and your sound and picture quality is good.It's just when you put them both together that it lets itself down. In my opinion.

When I use my iPhone 6s plus to drop-in and have a conversation using the Alexa app, my screens dims during the conversation. Does this happen to anyone else? How do I prevent this? Other than that I would give this device a 5 star rating.

Good value for money and it looked new and packaged as new, would buy again

Certified Refurbished it came just like new and have had this for a year and no problems, Fantastic would highly recommend, If you are having problems you might need to invest in a book, I did, It was just knowing the knacks.

Totally failed after just TWO years. A waste of a not inconsiderable amount of money.
