An Excellent Classic and Stylish Case
This case, while not the easiest to work on (no quick releases... anywhere), has housed three different PC internals for me over the years, has endured travel a few times (on the floorboard or trunk of an automobile), endured multiple HDD upgrades and has enjoyed a full complement of fan replacements, along with a repair to the main "big boy" fan on the top (blade snapped). I've had this case since 2008 and it still looks nearly as good now as when purchased. The paint and acrylic have held up very well, but I am also very careful with it when working on the system. While I'm not a professional system builder, I have personally gone through 12 cases over the last 20 years, all costing as much or more than this case is currently priced, and have been using this one for more than 7 of those years. That says quite a bit. The primary reason? Unparalleled cooling capacity. I simply cannot get anything to run hot in this case. And right now I'm only running two intake fans (rear and side panel, reversed orientation - have done this for years but is now only catching on), and the exhaust fan up top. As a bonus, this case features two ports in the back for routing water hoses through, but with the lack of space internally, I'm not sure how usable that is without removing the top mounted fan to make room for the radiator. More experienced reviewers are better suited to address that topic. For anyone looking to buy this case today, there are some things to keep in mind:- It is not a joy to work on. There are no quick releases, less room to route cables and tuck things away than other more modern cases.- The top exhaust fan will break if you smack your fingers into it enough times. The blades are cheap plastic. Maybe Antec has improved this since 2008. I have no idea. Additionally, the included variable speed (manual switch) 120mm fans only lasted about 1 year. At my time of purchase they also all required molex connectors, which may be problematic for you. The final Rosewill replacement fans I use have lasted for more than 4 years and are also variable speed (knob adjustment, bracket mounted. 4 pin connected), and for half the cost.- For what it is, it is expensive. Other brands claim similar performance with quicker access to components for the same or lower price. If I were buying a new case today, I'm not sure if I would pick the Antec 900. Because I already own it, I have a difficult time replacing it (it works and it works very well), On the same token, I already own it and haven't had any reason to try other cases for years now, with the exception of building family and friends new PCs, and they never wanted to spend more than 50 bucks on the case. So I really don't know what's out there in the ~$100 market. For personal use, this has been my only desktop case for years now as all my other active PCs are laptops or the like. Take that for what it's worth.

quality built and great prformance.
i bought this case for my first pc build and wat can i say i love it. it shipped fast only took 3 days(not bad for free shipping). from the moment i opened the box i was surprized it was alot bigger then i thought it would be but thats good. i love the sleak black design simple yet beastly lol i was looking for a case thats simple and slick, im not too big on cases with crazy colors and odd shapes.i feel the price was right for the quality of the case. its very sterdy and seems like it will hold up a long time. the side window is very nice and has a vent hole with a additional fan mount on it if u wanted to add a fan. the lighting on the case is perfect. its a nice blue witch brings the inside of ur case to life. the lights arnt too bringt or to dim its just right. evryone that saw this case was stunned on how uniqe and pretty it looked. the inside of the case is spacious and had plenty room for all my parts.the fans are 4 pin molex connectors that u willl have to plug in ur psu not motherboared like most case fans. the case got a nice lil try on top for storage witch comes with a rubber pad that goes on it so it wont scratch the finish. over all i would very highly recomend this case to anyone its perfect for gaming or just wateve u digg. it had lots of expansion slots and drive bays. only thing i would change about it is the wire management holes to tuck all ur extra wire away, they a lil to small and close together. alot of ppl drill extra holes but i stay away from that and even how it is i still got all my wires tucked away neat.the case has VERY good cooling and is suprisingly quiet for how much fans it got.(i added a extra antec fan on my side panel window). i keep alll my fans on med and my side panel window on high and there very little noise. im very pleased with this case its a great overall case.

Absolute winner for Antec
I build my own computers and for family and friends as needed. I researched several for the purpose of building a quiter gaming case for family use than the one we had which enclosed several 80mm fans and still gave the option of a side mounted fan and a window to show off the inner workings or even give you the peace of mind to make sure your fans still work and maybe that everything is still there. Well, anyway, this case has the power supply mounted on the bottom which allows for the top to house the 200mm fan which has 3 speed settings and is almost silent on the high setting even. The P/S being mounted on the bottom allows for cool air that falls to be pulled through it and not cause premature wear and heat related shutdowns with that particular device. I have always considered the bottom of a vertical case to be better than the top for a power supply since many bulk manufacturers use only the fan in the P/S to pull heat out and this "cheap trick" significantly shortens the life of computer hardware by not allowing heat out of the case except through the unit which makes it even hotter. Power supplies and hard drives die early because of heat problems almost exclusively. The fans in this case are more than adequate to provide enough circulation with very little noise and plenty of room to expand and work. The case is also very light in weight as it is mostly made of aluminum. The handy tray on top works well for holding anything from ink pens to screws while working on the case.It looks very well built and I must say that it is even better than the pictures can show. Combined with a good power supply, this case is an excellent start to a new system or, as in my case, a very welcome and fully featured upgrade to an existing system. The only thing lacking, which doesn't really bother me that much but may others if it is a feature that you feel you really need, is that it does not have a removable motherboard tray meaning that you will have to do most of the work while it is installed in the case. This is an extraordinary product for the price and a very nice step in the case industry for Antec.

Qualité produit et petit bémol
The media could not be loaded.
