Doesn’t work on IOS 13.4
Doesn’t work with IOS 13.4. They sent a message in the config software, sadly it was too late for me. Now it is a paperweight. When it worked, it was nice. It took some time to get it connected, but afterwards, it was fine. It seems well made and fits my iPad very well. By the way, you can use your Xbox controller on the IPad now so this might be a waste if you have Xbox. I

Cheap but functional.
Took me a bit to realize I needed to out it in Gamepad mode to get it working with Android emulators. But once I did it works well.The app they want you to use for touchscreen games is buggy and almost useless. I was never able to create a new profile for a game without a predefined one. But I bought it for emulators. So not a big deal to me.The dead zone in the analog sticks it a little large but so far they have worked well on PPSSPP, redream,epsx, and dolphin.

Can’t charge iPad while playing.
Does not allow iPad to be charged while using the controller, long sessions of gaming will need to break for charging sessions :( other than that the device seems to work well

Connected but won't function
I set the device up according to instructions, on both Samsung galaxy fold 3, as well as android tablet. Tried multiple games, created presets, they won't save. Downloaded presets from app, they don't work. No mediatek cpu no nothing. Customer support base nonexistant to help with issues... will be returning this product

Awkward
The controller itself is big which is nice but makes holding it a bit awkward. The hardware is decent quality but the buttons lack tact. The software is garbage because for 90% of the games that have full controller support, like Chrono Trigger and Stardew Valley, aren't supported by the controller and you need an application to remap the buttons.Oh and if you order it today, it may take a month to be shipped.

Doesn't work with media tek chip set phones
It won't work with any android phone that has a mediatex CPU. With an android media tek phone it will connect but doesn't work on touch screens games such as call of duty. it specifically says it works on these games but it wont
