Yellow Out Swimming Pool Chlorine Shock Enhancing Treatment - 4 x 4 Pounds

We live in Georgia and our pool is in full sun. That means our water temperature is close to 90° or more for months on end. Fighting algae is a constant battle and this product allows us to get rid of it in 24 hours and back to crystal clear water. It actually does it better than my old pool guy so I canceled him and now I do it myself. This is my get out of jail card when I let the chlorine drop by mistakeAnd the algae takes over. Highly recommend I always keep some on stash.

I have a HUGE tree over my pool, very lovely, but it drops thousands of fig and the Bird net in it by the hundreds, an a couple of time a year all of a sudden I suddenly get Algae growing on the side, I've tried numerous Algaecides that last for a day or so. But the combination of Yellow Out, followed by a shock treatment (and sometimes PhosFree) seems to works so much better, and no cloudy water, just clear water in a few hours. I been watching my tree grow for nearly 30 years and Yellow Out is the best product I've found to control Algae in my pool.

subject to big clumps that wont shake out. It will ruin your painted gunite if left on bottom clumped, like super shock.

Can't really give an opinion. I had a bad alga bloom and thought this would help but had to call the pros to get it knocked out. I give a 3 star for price though.
