Simple absorbent paper inserts
These came in a pack of five and are a thick paper-plastic blend. I haven't tested them thoroughly, or worn them while sweating a lot, so I can't comment on the absorbency. They claim they can be washed and reused although they don't appear to be something you could get thoroughly wet without falling apart. On the plus side, they are easily inserted into the inside rim of the hat and don't need any adhesive. They make the hat a little tighter, as most of my caps are fitted, but probably only an 1/8" or so on the diameter. I look at these as protection against sweat stains to the front of a baseball cap, not something that would wick up lots of sweat and/or eliminate the stains if you sweat profusely.

Needs improvement
The media could not be loaded. Used them for baseball caps, cap still got a little wet,it needs one little piece of double-sided tape to keep it in place, and they should have cut the bottom flat a cross or straight instead of some what rounded,i wonder if i could get them to make me some cut straight on the bottom.....I'm back hats still gets wet but when they dry no salt stains

Cap SHAPER with ABSORBENT POWER
I’m not sure that the ratings of “warmth”and “adhesion” are applicable to this product. There are no adhesives used. It sits inside the brim of your cap. It’s purpose is not to keep your head warm but to both shape your cap and to absorb moisture... both of which it does well. Most shapers have no absorbency and liners generally provide no shaping but are absorbent. Some leave adhesive behind and in my experience they all have a limited lifespan meaning that you can consider them disposable.

Hat liner that works
The slip in hat liner actually works to reduce the perspiration that usually stains the cap. It's comfortable and looks like the cardboard liner that comes with most caps.

Needs thin cotton coating
I just tried this product. I played pickle-ball here in muggy FL, so I sweat allot. I think these need a thin cotton layer to engage the absorption process better. After using this product inside my hat, my hat was as wet as it normally is, and the insert did not seem to get much of the sweat. The insert is more the texture of cardboard. I believe that If the side facing the head had a little fluff to it, that cotton layer would capture the sweat and store the sweat in the "super absorbent material behind it.I really like the concept of this product which is better than wearing a bulky headband under the hat, so I hope they improve it. I will buy again if they do.

Flexible Product That Meets Expectations.
I like the multi-functionality of the Cap Evap. My husband has his share of caps and hats that need protection. As well, he does a lot of yard work (one of his hobbies), which means that sweat absorption is priceless; regardless of the chore or outdoor activity. The shipping was timely which allowed us to use them over the weekend. It was easy to insert the panels and they stayed in place during use without any stains on the caps that we were wearing. Will order more as needed.

Great Value!
This is a pretty good product. It doesn’t feel like a typical piece of plastic. You can definitely see it picking up the excess sweat from the cap’s band. If it last a long time, it will be a great value.
