for the price it is really hard to complain. feels and works well. strings it comes with are not great. and fret ends are a little sharp. both easy fixes. as others said the accessories are pretty cheesy. but the ukulele is hard to fault. id upgrade the tuners maybe someday. intonation is spot on.

I am pleasantly surprised with this ukulele. I've played dozens of different ukes including Lanikai, Oscar Schmidt, Kala, Mahalo, Luna and others. The Batking is on par with these. It plays well, no buzzing or dead notes. The action isn't too high nor too low. The bridge is set well so the instrument plays in tune. Die cast tuners are fine and get the job done. The dark mahogany has a satin finish that is lovely to look at and easy to handle. The bag is not padded, and the capo is pretty cheap, but it's still a fantastic deal. I recommend this instrument unreservedly.

Very happy with this ukulele, plays well with no issues. Good quality for the price. Like all nylon string instruments it takes a some time for the strings to get stretched so they stay in tune, but that is the strings..not the uke. (Youtube has some videos on getting the string stretched.)

Great value for the price! I was told by friends to watch out for cheaper ones because they might now stay in tune. This one has no such issues it sits in the black case between a mini-fridge and the AC unit (I'm in a small dorm) and never goes far out of tune. Only complaint is that the "case" is just a black, ukelele-shaped bag, with no reinforcement. It will prevent scratches but I definitely don't trust it too much. The extra set of strings and other knick knacks are great.Overall, great value, sturdy and stays in tune. All the included parts are great, besides the bag being flimsy.

First I received a smashed ukulele but Amazon sent me a replacement, so that was fine. But then one of the pegs that holds the strings in the bridge broke, leaving the majority of the peg embedded. BatKing didn’t respond to my request for a new peg and I wasn’t very happy. Then I realized they had sent a couple replacement pegs when they shipped it, so I feel better about it—although it’s not cool that it broke so easily and I wish they had responded if only to let me know to look for the ones that came with the uke.Also, I chose this particular inexpensive ukulele because I loved the look of the finish. In reality it doesn’t look anything like the picture. It’s not that lovely dark color and it has no shine at all. I rubbed a mixture of beeswax and coconut oil that I use on peg dolls over the surface to give it a slight sheen and it looks better, but not great. I’ll do another coat when I change the strings and see if it helps.The last thing I don’t love is that when you hammer on you can barely hear it. I’m a beginner, so it could be me, but I seem to do fine on my soprano and baritone ukes.Anyway, I’ve stuck with this one in spite of the negatives because I doubt any other ukulele this cheap will be much better. I’ve had a lot of fun playing it and plan to get a lot more fun out of it.

The sound is really nice and it's so much easier to play than the little plastic soprano uke I was learning on. The low string height makes a big difference for me. I can't believe how light it is, and the color is more like Minecraft oak planks than the weird orange in the pictures.I was pleasantly surprised that the capo actually works just fine and the bag isn't trash. Definitely needs padding, but it's not a flimsy material so I just sewed in some padding instead of making a while new bag as I was expecting to need to do based on reviews. If you don't sew then I would strongly recommend buying a padded bag/case or maybe a stand.The little instruction book has a bunch of diagrams that look like they could be useful despite not being in English, but I'm doing great without it. Everything in there can be found free online.For any beginners, I highly recommend the YouTube channels Ukulele Cheats and Cynthia Lin Music.

It is a pale color not at all the dark color I ordered. It also did not come with any of the accessories that are advertised. If it had at least come with the accessories I would have kept it, but I am going to return it. Just not satisfied at all.

This is my first Uke. I love this instrument. The wood is unfinished so it will pick up a patina from your skin moisture which is awesome and gives it character. It has a great sound. I recommend this for any beginner easy. Just do yourself a favor and buy a brand name set of strings when you get this, the ones that it comes with seem to wear out very quickly and after I replaced them it plays like a dream again. It is inexpensive and if you take care of it should last a long time.

I received the Ukulele on 24th July 2020, Friday at 9:00PM IST. I used it on Saturday for 2-3 hours Max and again when I tried to play on Sunday Morning the string came out. It's not like I am heavy player I was learning a new chord on it neither I strummed hard on it. I faced the problem the "G" and "A" strings goes out of tune after a short span of time. So, you have to tune it after playing for sometimes. I have other brands ukulele but never faced such regular tuning problem. The extra strings which they have given also the same of low quality. I dont understand what are they made of. Bag quality is ok ok. I didn't get the chance to use the other items also. This was my first instrument that I ordered online because of lockdown and I can't tell you how upset I am. It's just not more than 2 days and my ukulele is dead already. I ordered after seeing all the reviews on amazon but at EOD didn't meet my expectations. I am not against the product there are so many people who are appreciating the product I beleived them and bought it but my product didn't meet my expectation. I think instrument like this are better when you buy them offline according to my experience of online and offline buying. Whatever instrument I have bought offline priced me bit high but didn't face such issue in just 2 days of owning them.

Simplemente hermoso, soy nuevo en esto pero me he enamorado. Siempre he querido aprender a tocar un instrumento y esta es mi oportunidad, me decidí por el Ukelele y ahora aver tutoriales en YouTube! Jaja si les gusta no duden en comprarlo!
