Seems to do exactly what it is intended to do.
Purchased this item to make a helmet that was a XXL into a Large helmet. Simple install and now fits mu hear perfectly. Made an unusable helmet a great back up helmet now.

HJC employee said this should fit a medium helmet and give it a little extra room, pins do not line up for instillation in a medium helmet, good quality item just wished it would have fit.
