This bike has to be one of the best bang for buck spinning bikes around. It has great features and the build quality is very very good. It rides like a dream and doesn't squeal like other more expensive bikes. The minor assembly and setting up the bike was very simple for the average bike rider and the included instructions were adequate. The adjustability of the bike is great and I really like the spring suspended seat. The best thing about the whole transaction was the customer support. There was some minor damage during shipping and the company was super fast with responding to my emails. They corrected the situation super fast without any drama. I wish every company was like this.The onboard computer is ok. It lacks a cadence counter but it does have a speedometer, heart rate, distance, calories, and time. But then again a Spinning brand bike that is hundreds more doesn't even have a computer or heart rate counter. The only problem I found is the location of the computer when using a larger tablet. The tablet partially covers the computer screen but I recently discovered that my tv company now has a youtube channel so I no longer need to use my tablet to view a spinning class.The bonus phone holder and laptop holder are good and do the job they are supposed to do. The mat is sort of useless and I don't need it as I have an area rug the bike sits on but heck it's free.I highly recommend buying this bike for the beginner or average indoor cyclist. I did a ton of research and was on the verge of buying a used "gym quality" spinning bike. Boy, am I glad I didn't waste my money on any of those bikes I was looking at. For the same cost, I get more features, better rear wheel design, a brand new rust free bike, and home delivery (spinning bikes are heavy!).
