Luvable friends 4 pack training pants are the right tool for transitioning from diapers to potty. These training pants have a cotton outer layer with an absorbent polyester inner layer. These pants are made to feel like real underwear to make your little one confident. Size 18 months fits weight range of 25.5-29 lbs. Size 2t fits weight range of 29-31 lbs. Size 3t fits weight range of 31-34 lbs, size 4t fits weight range of 34-38 lbs.

Honest, not compensated Review
They're not the best & the sizing is very messed up. I purchased 2 packages of 4 in each pack. None of them are the same size. Out of 8, only 3 fit my granddaughter. The other 5 have very small leg openings & were much to tight on my granddaughter. I'm attaching a photo to show the difference in actual sizes. Also the only absorbent part is the crotch of the pants, the rest of the fabric is very thin & liquid runs right thru. The colors bleed terribly when washed. Be sure to soak in water with salt & vinegar. Gave 3 stars so my review would post, any less & they don't post it. Disappointed & going broke on bad purchases.

Keeps messes to a minimum
They are not comparable to disposable training pants. But really, those are just glorified diapers so of course they will absorb more. These won't hold a full bladder's worth of pee while sitting down or for a length of time, but they do catch a majority of the mess. They are very useful for the first 2-3 days of serious training. I would recommend at least 2 or 3 packs of 4, for a total of 8-12. One pack is not enough, 2 packs and you will have to do wash every day. The downside of these vs. cotton underwear is that you cannot see the first sign of an accident because of the liner. But if your child can tell you if they start to pee anyway, then it's a nonissue. Also, I plan to use these more once my daughter is potty trained enough to wear underwear for outings. She doesn't know they are more absorbent than cotton undies but I will have more confidence that we won't experience a big mess.Use these in addition to regular cotton panties & over night diapers/pull-ups in a way that will work for you and your child. The way I see it, they're all useful tools.

Training for little toddlers
I was having a problem finding training pants for my 2-year-old due to her size. She is very small due to some health issues and wears a size 12 months in clothes. I did buy the smallest pair in these, the 18 months and they fit her perfect. If you face the small issue I had with a tiny little one, These are great.I also liked that these absorbed more than other training pants I have used in the past. When mistakes happened, I didn't have a huge mess to clean up.

Runs VERY small!
I like them because they have a plastic inner liner; for small accidents you don't need rubber pants. My daughter, however, didn't care for them as they were "too tight, mama!" around the leg holes. She is a solid 3T for the rest of her clothing, and these were indeed VERY snug around her thighs, and I ordered 4T thinking there would be "room to grow." I understand they should be snug to avoid leaks, but they could be a bit larger!

Loud, crinkly waterproof lining!
The noise these make is so loud! It literally sounds like there's one of those really loud, crinkly chip bags inside these. This is not acceptable since I need to send my kid to Kindergarten in these. We have 2 other brands that we kept, and one has a quiet, plastic sound to it that is not audible at all when worn. (The other brand has no waterproof lining, so it makes no noise.) I promise I'm familiar with waterproof linings, as we had multiple brands of cloth diapers plus mattress and pillow protectors etc.. It's not that hard to have a quiet waterproof lining, but the noise in these undies isn't comparable to anything else I've encountered!

Best trainers ever! Especially for BIG boys!
Hands down best underwear ever! My little man is and was a big little man lol! We were already too big for size 6 diapers and trying to train at 2 years. That said, “training” underwear from Gerber or Walmart do not come in 4t or 5t!!! I couldn’t find anything for my little man!!! He was WAY to big to wear 3t (if you can find them🤷🏻♀️)These fit so well, they have a waterproof layer, so a lot of accidents went unnoticed by him because he just didn’t feel the dampness. RARELY did any dampness seep through to his shorts/pants. These things are really amazing!Oh and they are actually super cute boy prints 💙

Bought these for my 2 year old daughter who's potty training and they work great. They catch the small accidents but still let her feel that she's wet to know that she needs to get to the bathroom. Saves us from cleaning up a potty mess on the floor. They fit my daughter great and the colors/patterns are very cute. They also have washed up nice for me so far.

Colors are way off- very dissapointed as I picked these out for pretty colors
So pant functionality seems just fine. I haven't torn these out of the package but I bought 2 and the other color/ same item fit great (my 15 MO old- 22 lbs). The thing is I picked these out for the looks/ colors after combing through loads if gross pink baby girl stuff. The picture is way off. The picture of the other package I got seems acurate. Unfortunately I was unable to load a pic. But they are not the pretty 'salmon-ish'/ vintage pink rose shown. The triming is also navy not black. Just think of the sickliest, iky-estbubble gum pink--- that is what these are. Very dissapointed.
