Amazing Customer Service!
I've had 3 Mega-Catch traps for about 7 years. Always thought, "Quality product, must be a good company," but never had any contact with their customer service. Just order Octenol Strips when I need them - no problem. Then something went wrong with my last order (my fault I think) and they handled it great. Especially "Nicky Stockman" who is outstanding!

These strips work well to lure mosquitoes and moths for my Mega-catch units. It arrived in acceptable time. Two is perfect packaging for my two units.
