I haven't been able to get in touch with the seller which is very frustrating. I've started sewing the picture and the printed grid shows through the light colored thread. I just want to know how to get rid of the printed grids once I'm finished the picture without any color bleeding into the finished picture. I'm afraid to put the picture in water. HELP!!

The colored design is easy to follow and the grid cloth makes a big difference. It took a long time to arrive becomes it comes direct from China.

Thought I was ordering a printer or stamped kit... Turned out to be a counted kit. Not what I needed. I hadcompleted a printer version of this picture, and needed to do another one just like it for another family member.Sorry, I just do not have the time or patience to "count" stitches.

Very unhappy! Came with no instructions. Floss is not color coded! No contact info.

I've ordered so many cross stitch kits from this place... the charts are so easy and big to see... the thread IS color coded. I can't understand why anyone would give a negative review... by the way, when I spilled on the chart, I IMMEDIATELY got a new one. I love this seller

I am deeply disappointed and annoyed with this company. I finished the extremely beautiful Indian maiden but I started running out of floss very early on and had to keep going to the fabric store. I had already purchased the beautiful one I am working on now and was appalled at the scarcity of the floss. I mean it was almost laughable if not for the fact that it was so frustrating. Moohue has gorgeous patterns but be prepared to buy lots of floss!! In addition, some colors don’t match the DMC colors. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed that I ran out of several colours of thread. Would have expected more from a fairly costly kit.
