Bought on Thursday, April 18, 2019 and it broke after 2 uses the machine started to smell funny and it stoped working

Makes a lot of cotton candy, but i cannot stop the vibration. It almost walks off every surface we have used. I don't over load the sugar and am careful how i make the cones. Great machine...just wish I could figure out the vibration.

It doesn’t work. Doesn’t get hot. Box was damagied and so was the top piece. Had to weld brackets on bottom of tumbler

The media could not be loaded.  I have purchased other larger machines that can produce hundreds of cones per hour. This machine can keep up and produce a lot of cotton candy like commercial machines. The machine heat can get hot which is good because that means more cotton candy! I wasn't sure at first which one to buy because they all look the same. But this one turned out to be great quality, packed very well when shipped by the manufacturer, and even has a very soft carnival sound feature. But overall it is easy to clean, produces a lot of candy, and overall I highly recommend!
