Outstanding brightness and color...
I may update later with a less glowing review, after having some time on these. But for now... I just installed these on a 2009 E92 M3 Coupe. The halogens right side went out, and so I bought a pair of these to replace, having read TONS of reviews that said the LED stuff just would not be bright enough in the daytime, because the new BMW's LED halo eyes had different light tunnelling technology, and my halo light tunnels were more suited for the halogen wavelengths or brightness pattern. So instead of stock halogen, being disappointed that I could not achieve modern BMW white brightness ala LED, I got the PIAA extreme yellow.Install was quick. Watched a couple youtube videos (best tip was make sure the lights are TURNED OFF before starting, no need to disconnect battery) on how to replace the lamps and I was done in 20 min from start to finish and I have big hands and those light compartments are SMALL!Upon powerup, the lights were a deep orange... very close in color to the parking lights. I was like huh... thought they would be more yellow, but fine, orange is quite cool too , my paint is jet black. After about 5 min, the color had turned to a bright yellow... so maybe the bulbs had to burn in a bit. The yellow is quite bright and deep in it's yellow-ness, and I was quite pleased at the contrast between that yellow and the bi-xenon headlight projectors. It looks really cool imho, a nice contrast. Much better than the halogen pale yellow.Tried to take a pic but the brightness is so high that it comes out as pure white in the picture... only our human eyes have that much dynamic range.Very highly recommended for the factory halogen angel eyes, preLED. I hope they last long as other reviews said these would burn out quick.I will post if that happens, meanwhile, these are quite pleasing to the eye, and much cheaper than H8 LED lamps.Highly recommended.p.s. both driver and passenger bulbs do turn clockwise to remove, and counter clockwise to install. The driver side is easier on the M3 due to the fact that the bulb starts at 1100 and you turn to 0300 ... the passenger starts at 0100 and turns to like 0400... bit harder but totally doable. Just get your hands in there and be careful.I used a rubber glove to hold the new bulb so as not to get finger grease and ruin the glass.

Because Yellow Rules For Inclement Weather!
UPDATE 10/14/2017: Everything's still 5X5! No issues!UPDATE 06/24/2016: No complaints! Rainy night pic attached! These are exactly the deep-yellow fog light bulbs I was looking for! They work very well in my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ's projector fog lights. It's a fact, yellow is better in certain seeing situations. Ever wonder why many people--myself among them--prefer yellow shooting glasses? Ever wonder why "blue-blocker" sunglasses are "yellow"? Ever wonder why you'd want to block the "blue wavelengths?" Ever wonder that while spectroscopically speaking, white and black are exact opposites, "yellow and black" appear to show with greater contrast?Ever drive through a business park at night, and notice that the blue-lit signs have the least contrast? Ever wonder why none of the big-name laser manufacturers like LaserMax, Crimson Trace, Viridian, Surefire or Streamlight make a blue targeting laser--they're always red or green. All of this is because of the way the "human eye-brain" processes light and perceives its surroundings; it's a fact of our physiology. And its been demonstrated time and again that "yellow light" reflects less harshly off of falling rain, snow, and suspended water droplets, i.e., "fog". In fact, falling snow seems to "literally disappear" in the flat yellow beams of my car's deep-yellow fog lights. This popular trend to "blue light" is silly. Blue is the worst choice you could make for night illumination--at least to navigate by. There's a reason aircraft cabin lights and astronomer's flashlights are red--because "red light" is the least damaging to our night vision. The "warm wavelengths" work best for the way we see in the dark. That's why our Impala has dull red interior cruising lights.I'd considered LEDs for this application, but IMO, the technology and product selection just isn't quite there yet (and I did not want electric cooling fans mounted so close to the ground, with our sloppy and long Wisconsin winters).Anyway, while I can't speak to longevity yet, these PIAA Plasma Ion Yellow fog light bulbs are ostensibly perfect for what I bought them to do. The quality seems first-rate, and the illumination and color are excellent.RayB

Yellow and bright! These bulbs will last!
I recently purchased a pair of these PIAA 13506 HB Plasma Ion Yellow bulbs to replace the fog lamp bulbs in my truck. I have had previous experience with this bulb in my 2006 Hummer.I love the brightness and the unique yellow blue hue of the light they give off. If you are looking for a bright fog lamp that will really light up the road, this is the one. These yellow blue bulbs really excel in snowy and wet driving conditions. The last set I had was in the truck for the the 3 years I owned it, and I left them in when I traded it for my current truck. I still see the Hummer in the town where I live and the PIAA Plasma Ion Yellow bulbs appear to still be in use. I have wanted to install them in my new truck for the last 3 years, and finally coughed up the cash to buy this rather expensive pair of bulbs. Now I recall the fact that they are worth every penny of the cost. Now that I have them again, I wonder why I waited so long to upgrade my truck to these outstanding bulbs.I would definitely recommend these bulbs to friends and family, and I am sure I won't hesitate to upgrade my next vehicle with these fantastic bulbs as soon as I get it. .The bulb pair came to me in retail packaging and was very safely boxed for shipping by the expert Amazon staff. The packaging arrived promptly on the expected date.

Good, does what it's supposed to.
Works as excpected, nice yellow tint and the construction quality looks and feels way better than nokya's.I have had these for 6 months and they're almost always on since i really dig the look of yellow fogs and they're not burnt yet. They're lasting much longer than nokya's which lasts me like 2-3months. They cost nearly twice the price so yea it's still not better if you consider the ratio $/worktime BUT i'll less pain in the ayer. Love 'em

Direct swap for H16 bulb on subaru STI
A lot brighter than my stock bulbs. Replaced a 19watt H16 bulb with no modification. Tight fit though. Great improvement for fog lights keeping in mind that they are not intended to light up the whole street ahead. Intense yellow.Great look on my 2015 subaru STI

Work well and enhances visibility
I've had these bulbs before in a 9006 fitment and they were great. Worked well for the 3 years I used them. Bought a different car and put these bulbs in right away. These are an H11 fitment. The yellow helps with dark, wet pavement, and in snow. Well worth the upgrade if used in inclement weather and conditions.

Does not stand by there quality of the product.
I bought one pair of this yellow bulbs.I installed them in my headlight projector light but one of the bulbs broke and fell inside my headlight projector after driving for few hours. Then I reached out to seller about this issue, instead of returning the product I requested to replace one bulb only. After exchanging few messages back and forth they denied to replace the bulb. This whole process took few days. And in the last seller advised me to contact piaa directly.Too much hassle and waste of time.I will not buy more from this seller and I will return my other orders as well.

Perfect for 2009 Acura MDX to give that custom look. Very bright too. Much better than cheap HID
Finally a halogen that is perfectly yellow. I tried led and hid for my fog lights on my 2009 Acura MDX and these are far superior. Don't have to worry about cheap ballasts etc, if u know what I mean.
