Works well with. arthritis
My index finger is bent to the side and has limited range of motion. I eat European style, fork stays in my left hand, but that finger's position is so awkward it doesn't prop a regular fork in a functional position, have to get my whole arm and shoulder involved to get fork to mouth. This fork handle is the right size and shape to compensate and I can eat normally.

Excellent design, very functional and seems like it would last. 4 stars are for the exorbitant price.
Excellent adaptive item for my child who experiences difficulty with fine motor movement. Other adaptive utensils do not work as well, as the fork is attached to a screw which loosens too frequently, so you are scrambling for a screw driver at meal time, which is not conducive to success. This fork bends to whichever angle the user needs, which is wonderful. And it stays at that angle until you are ready to change it. I love the large grip handle which is perfect for a nine year old, but would work for an adult as well. The prize is reasonable compared to other similar utensils for sale.

Perfect
Quality workmanship, perfect aide. Twi versions - weighted and not. Weighted are just enough while regular are only a bit heaver than than normal cutlery. Grip - excellent, slight texture and grip rings helpful as is the twist. Worth the cost and if cared for can imagine years of use.

Great for my injured husband.
My husband lost his left arm and permanently wears a brace on his right hand due to the war in the Middle East. The brace prevents him from holding a normal fork, he used to get so frustrated eating out in public so we use to carry around those foam tubing where he could stick the fork handle into. But they looked very weird in bright colors and bulky tubular shapes, so now these forks allow him to eat more easily and they look like "normal" silverware at the restaurants. We just need to remember to bring them home from the restaurant after we dine out.

Thanks for a good product.
My Dad can bring the food to him now with the fork curved toward him. No more trying to put his face closer to the plate to eat. This is a big deal to someone with Parkinson's disease. Thanks for a good product.

Great for my husband who's suffered a brain injury and isn't as coordinated as he was before. He's now a lefty. Easier to scoop food and get it to his mouth.

Worth the money!
This spoon was very helpful to my father when he came home from hospital with much reduced strength in his hand. This spoon allowed him to be able to grip the utensil and feed himself without making a mess.

Nice
Great fork. I bought this for my mother who has been having problems with her hands. It's hard for her to hold normal utensils. This fork has made eating so much easier for her to eat. The handle is comfortable to grasp, it doesn't hurt her hand. I recommend this to anyone who has trouble holding things with their hands.
