Very Happy With My Purchase For Over a Year Now...
I was so worried about buying a 'non-Roomba' robot vacuum, especially one priced on the lower end of all the offerings on Amazon, but the price came down heavy one day and we took a shot and we've been very satisfied that we did.Having a dog that sheds, a robot vacuum is a must for us -- does well on rug or hardwood floors. If this vacuum went down for good, I'd buy a replacement same day. It has become a 'can't live without' item. I'm kicking myself for waiting so long. The three things I worried most about, going into this purchase/reading other reviews, have not been an issue to date:1) That it would be hard to figure out -- it was pretty simple to get it going, plug-and-play. I didn't need to run on a schedule, so no worries programming that for me, but it seems easy enough to program.2) Getting stuck/going past area I wanted -- It has a strong motor/movement so it could get into just the right spot and get stuck around furniture if the right gap is there. It took 2-3 uses to realize where my trouble spots are for it and I just blocked that space or whatever to help the vacuum avoid the issue. After two weeks, I had my own 'system' of blocking trouble spots before setting the vacuum loose and it works like a charm.3) Worried it wouldn't last long and/or I'd get no support -- I had three questions/issues that emailed the company on over the course of a year -- and they always answered every email fast, within an hour or hours. They solved every issue. When it stopped working one day, they gave me instructions on how to reboot...and solved that issue. When I had a suction issue, they asked simple diagnosis questions and then sent me a replacement part free of charge.Tips on this item as an owner -- check the brushes and containment area when you empty out what's been collected. Just make sure nothing big is blocking or stringy got wrapped around something to reduce effectiveness. And take the filter out every so often and tap it on/into something to knock off dust filtered -- to try to keep the filter as clean as possible. Accessing the filter and containment area is easy and obvious to see/get to.This vacuum has been a work horse and the most beloved item we've got off Amazon the past year, and we buy a lot of neat things off Amazon -- but this is such a time saver and effective tool for keeping our floors dog hair, etc., free. We didn't think we'd love it as much as we do. There are many companies making robot vacuums, and I'm sure they're all good/great/bad to whatever degrees. We got this one by random chance and trusted the early good reviews -- and have been so pleased with the functionality of it and the support from the company for over a year now.

WOW Awesome Features @ This Price Point
The media could not be loaded. I have been doing a lot of research into robotic vacuums. At this price point I had lower expectations, but I was surprised by Cleanmate's CM3 excellent quality, multiple features, and overall functionality. It is very smart. I posted a video showing how well it navigates around items. Considering our house is under construction this vacuum does a great job navigating furniture, rugs, tables, boxes, and tile to hardwood transitions. I like the UV light feature especially at night when it is running since I can see it clearly in the dark. The UV has the added benefit of killing bacteria as it goes too. We keep the Cleanmate set to auto mode. It cleans our ~1400 sq ft home in one charge. As a migraine sufferer the sound this vacuum generates is much lower and more tolerable than our dyson. The basin for hair and debris is large and very well made. It has a mesh filter and a fiber white filter. The basin was easy to empty as well. The green brush has grooves which make cutting people hair out very easy. The green brush is also removable for easy cleaning. You receive extra side brushes which was a great bonus. They also give you a cleaning brush underneath the basin to clean the filters and another tool to clean the green brush located in the charging station. The engineering on this product is very well thought out. Our cats are very fascinated with it while it runs around the house. Our dog doesn't seem to care that its running around. We are very happy with our purchase. This vacuum would make a great gift. Highly Recommended!

Works great for me.
It was a great deal and works as good as the Shark that's about 239.00 now..and it has more options. I still love my Shark. ( Ms. Rosy). But this was a deal too good to pass up and I've got plenty of dirt...and a furry dog, overgrown tropical foilage and woods. And the biggest messers..my family.I have a somewhat cluttered house so anything is going to need supervision around here.Ive found both work much better if i corral them to do one room at a time or section large rooms off. I didnt get the optional barrier thing so i just use whats nearby. My Rosy uses magnet strips but hers don't work with Dirty Diana. Yes.,..shes getting dirtied up at my house. I just got it so can't speak to how long it will last. If she dies., I'll take away stars but right now..she's working hard..and I'm not.

Support not available after 3 months! Very unhappy!
My machine is falling apart and does not hold a charge longer than 20 mins, and my product support expired on July 18, 2019. So I am not to happy. Do you only guarantee your products for 3 months and then that's it? I have never heard of a company only offering support for 3 months. I had a dyson and the product support and warranty was for 5 years. So therefore I am not happy that I spent over $100 for a product only to be guaranteed for 3 months. I will not recommend.

Great little robot for the money
Great robot for the money. You get what you paid for however since there is no phone app available but the remote control helps in focusing your cleaning to a specific area multiple times, if needed. You need to have the time to do this though so constant supervision is required to avoid getting stuck on things.

You get what you pay for
I have had a roomba for 3 years and decided to try this due to the low price point so I could one up and downstairs. It’s terrible. Although it does vacuum when it’s working, you have to follow it around which defeats the purpose. If you lose the remote, there are no controls on the actual machine aside from an on off button so I guess it just doesn’t work anymore? It has never once docked itself on its own, even when I’m standing 2 feet away hitting the home button on the remote. It just spins in circles and literally runs over its own dock. It’s has a hard time moving from carpet to tile as well. It doesn’t even come close in comparison to the roomba. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money.
