Not ramp seeds, I've bought ramp seeds before they are round. These are tear drop. Look suspiciously similar to my leek seeds. Guess I'll see, nothing has sprouted yet though.

Seeds were in good condition. Had prompt response with any questions.

Quickly sprouting in a good Potting Soil, they have rich dark green stalk, in just a week, they're about 1/2 -1" tall already, smelling sweet. I plan on growing some in a windowsill lantern, others in the Garden & potted in our gazebo's sunny side.

I planted about half of these seeds in a cell pak tray and am germinating and growing them along side Zinnia and sunflower seeds. I had good germination in the cells. The remainder of the seeds were broadcast in a lightly wooded area outside my cottage in Western Wisconsin last Thursday. Time will tell if they germinate and grow. My only complaint is that there were no instructions with the seeds and when I wrote the supplier for growing details they suggested I look it up on the internet. The net suggested that they be sown in the fall and allow to germinate the following spring. Well, that it was spring when I received them so the net was as helpful as the seed supplier. I decided not to wait until spring but sow them immediately and found they did not need a cold period to germinate. Some information from the seed supplier would have been helpful. I feel they push the answer to my question on to someone else when it was their responsibility to provide help.

They came relatively quickly, but as others have said, these aren’t Ramp seeds ~ they’re common garden leek seeds.
