Just as pictured. I read comments that people had a difficult time untangling. Mine arrived quickly, in a lovely box, rolled in a plastic bag, crosses covered in individual bags, then placed in another ziploc. Also came with a lifetime warrantee. You should hang this necklace to keep it from tangling once you wear it. Just beautiful. Will buy from this company again, and recommend!!
