I have tried several of these “get into Keto quick” things, but none have worked as well as this one. Only taken for a few days but seems to really help with appetite control. Does make me a little jittery though, but not enough that I won’t continue to try it.

When you first start keto your electrolytes can be thrown off, so supplementing them is a good idea. It helps fight the "keto flu" that some people experience and if you're drinking a lot of water, you need to replenish what you're expelling.Overall I'd say if you're looking for a magic keto pill, that doesn't exist. This will do nicely if your looking for a light supplement to help you get into the groove.
