Q: Can you just leave the controllers in this when not charging?

As long as the USB is plugged in and the controllers in place it's charging. If you unplug the USB I don't see why you couldn't leave the controllers docked. It shouldn't drain or hurt them. I just leave mine docked and charging all the time.

Q: Does this work for the new Xbox Series X controllers?
