Good Beginning Indeprndent Reader
My second grade girls love Katie Woo. The series is great for kids not quite ready for longer beginning chapter books, as a teacher I bought this for independent reading by my low average readers. It's engaging, funny, and perfect for independent reading.

Way Too Short!
The story was fine, but it took us less than 5 minutes to read the entire book aloud to our daughter. We were expecting it to be the same length as the other Katie a Woo books.
