Updating (Oct 2020): We got this chair in May 2019 and it has held up VERY WELL. My son, now almost 15, uses this chair EVERYDAY for hours at a time. It’s still very comfortable and everything is in working condition as it was the day we assembled it. He not only uses it for gaming but uses it to do homework also. We are so pleased with it, that I’ve decided to purchase another for my middle son since he’s currently using a camping chair lol.Original review (May 2019): Very easy to assemble! It took about 20 minutes (most of which was used by taking the bolts out of the chair— since you will need to take them out to use them for the assembly process). On the one page direction sheet that came with, there’s a link for YouTube, Go to that, it’s much easier than the directions. The arm rests sit a little further out, away from the body, than I’d like. They ARE adjustable (up/down). This chair reclines ALL the way down to a laying position. My 13 year old (5’4” & 100lbs) purchased this chair himself to use as his gaming chair. The lumbar support is because of the cushion. The cushion does vibrate, which is awesome. But the cord isn’t the longest. It also comes with a head support cushion. After hours of comparing gaming chairs, this chair fit the needs of what we were looking for. If not having a footrest isn’t a deal breaker for you, this is the chair you’re looking for. He’s only used it for about 6 hours so I may update further down the road.

I love my chair the only problem iv had is a wheel has already broke by moving forward on my carpet idk if id got stuck but the plastic just broke off is there any way to get a replacment wheel or get in contact with customer service thanks other than this the chair is great! Another wheel broke today id really like some replacmebt wheels..

The chair is great. It was a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. It looks great and seems sturdy. The directions were a little confusing but easy enough. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that one of the arms of the chair was the wrong model. It looks the same but had the wrong hole configuration. I made it work though.

This chair is great for me since I’m a short person, it’s very comfortable and the pillows sit perfectly to support my neck n back BUT the chair does not stay up. This chair is still way too new for it to sink the way it does. Every time I get up for something I always have to readjust the height of the chair before I sit back down again (since my table is a bit tall) and after a few I feel myself sinking again. It is very annoying and that part does disappoint me but I still sit in my chair everydayEdit (July 10, 2021) Its been LESS THAN 2 months since I've bought this chair and it squeaks and creaks and moans like an old beat up chair. I use this chair everyday BUT I'm not aggressive with it, I don't jump on it or spin on it, I don't rock it or tilt it or drop it, I Just sit normally and occasionally spin my chair slightly to peak over at my husband who also have his computer Set Up next to me. So there should be NO reason for this supposed "Heavy Duty" chair to sound as bad as it does. Its so loud, it wakes my sleeping newborn just from slightly moving the chair. NOT WORTH THE MONEY if this is how the quality is after less than 2 months. So disappointed since I wanted to love this chair so much, its so pretty and pink and comfy but the noice level is too much to ignore

The chair is wonderful! My boyfriend loves it, and he loves the fact that it is orange. It's super comfy and it's nice it can recline 180°.I had an issue with FedEx delivery (what a shocker). They said the first package was delivered, but I never received it. Tina from support was quick to help me and resend another chair. It was here in no time. When it arrived, the previous chair also arrived... I am sending one back, but I really appreciate how helpful she was. I highly recommend this chair and company.*Bonus* my cat has taken a liking to the chair also. Now I can sleep in peace.

Great chair however, Either a piece was missing upon shipment or they've changed the assembly process. I was missing the "L" pieces but I believe I was supposed to take the extra black screw and place it in the hole to keep the foot rest from flinging out. Not sure because it did not say what extra screw was for. Any who, got it put together and seems to work fine. Would Recommend.

This is a great product. I’ve bought 2, one for myself and my fiancé. It’s comfortable and was easy to put together. The only problem I noticed with mine was the back wasn’t quite level, but it helps with the cord for the back pillow massager and the straps for placement. I couldnt be more happy with the products.

One of the wheels were already broken before we even unpacked everything. It’s still a great chair and the wheels work fine but I made sure to buy it brand new and it was a little disappointing, especially to the person I gifted the chair to.

I bought my son this chair over a year and a half ago. He lives in his office basicallyI have been asking periodically for his opinion and gives great reviews.I bought one also now and absolutely love it. I sleep in it periodically and it’s super comfortable.Well built great supportI really think that this gaming chair is good value for your money.

My chair came with a crack on one of the side covers. We had to super glue it back on. Besides that it was easy to assemble with no other casualties.Besides this issue, it's a great chair for it's price range. I searched for a chair that would fit my petite 5'2" wife. And this was the right size for her. It does have its flaws with the lower back support being too stiff and unusuable but I'm not the most pickiest and can appreciate it for what it is.It's comfortable, the footrest is awesome and the material is decent quality. It's a good enough buy that meets it's price tag.

I spend 8hrs a day in my chair for work, and a considerable amount of time in it for gaming when I'm not working. Comfortable padding, massage works surprisingly well! One of the arms was broken in shipping, but Morfan was extremely fast about sending a replacement part no questions asked. Great customer service. Thanks! Would buy again.

Had this chair for over 6 months and is in great shape yet. We have some gamers that can start ramming around when the game isn't in their favor 😒. This chair takes a lot at times and is able to withstand it. Great chair and a good price!
