DK Readers: Beastly Tales (Level 3: Reading Alone) (DK Readers Level 3) Paperback – July 6, 1998

My grandkids love books about monsters. This is going in their stockings for Christmas. I’m sure they’ll love it.

This is a great children's reader. High quality with lots of pictures and interesting text. I would only slightly caution the potential buyer who is familiar with leveled readers that this is a DK level 3. I think DK readers require a higher level of reading comprehension than other level 3 books. Compared to other readers, I would place this at a level 4. BUT, it is a WONDERFUL book.

did i say we love books? anything involving big foot is a must have in my family. the kids are so into it and so is dad. :) we enjoy it a lot.

Rated A for awesooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooome. I never knew That There thousands of Bigfoot/bigfeet I don't know but if you guys do please post in the comments but if not I'm going with Saquatch for now. But anyways it was kind of funny when one of the sasquatch actually ATE TOBACCO. And that's pretty much it. Bye! P.S DON'T forget to let me know about Bigfoot/bigfeet.

This book stopped Christmas morning gift opening for a few moments while our VERY reluctant 8-year old reader paused to read a few pages of his newest book. I don't know how much higher praise a book could get!

My students are interested in this topic, so I ordered this book for them. They really enjoyed reading it and it now has found it's place in our classroom library.

My 8 year old son loves it, and reads it independently. Would love to see a child appropriate series on Bigfoot.

I read this book myself as a child and it sparked a life long interest in Sasquatch and the Loch Ness Monster. I bought it for my nephew this Christmas and he loves it too! Colourful, easy to read and lots of information for budding young cryptozoologists!

My daughter is 5 and loves this book. She is obsessed with the loch ness monster. This gives just the right of information for a child

After my 8yr old watch Judy Moody she wanted to know more about Big Foot and if any books on it, So I went onto Amazon and found this book for a few quid & free Delivery "RESULT" when it came it was designed for kids reading book so double whammy educational too, Book is only a thin paperback but kept a child happy for awhile, with informative facts and data and still leaving it inclusive is Big Foot Real lol

My six year old loved this book! Interesting and challenging - a great read

Inspired grandson to read some way above his existing level. He was totally absorbed. Excellent content with just the right amount of text to challenge, without overwhelming him.
