Says it may help the immune system. I can attest to that! I've been taking Sibiotica for years, but a month ago I stopped because something wasn't working right with my digestive system. In that month, I have had two head colds !! Rarely do I get head colds. I am taking it again while trying to figure out what to do with digestive symptoms. Obviously a great product!
