Easy to use
I like the plastic canning jar lids because they have no smell. The metal rings with the lid flats that come with the jars have a bad odor, I can smell the animals in the glue they use on them, it really grosses me out, I worry that smell would leech into my food. The plastic lids are awesome and have no odor, easy to use and clean. I got the wide mouth jars and these fit perfect.

Love to see at a glance which jar has been opened.
I love that once I have taken off the sealed lid I have a good fitting lid to keep product safe. They screw on and off easily. They are easy to clean. I use both narrow and wide mouth sizes. Love Love Love

Good choice
After opening our home canned jars, I put these on before refrigerating. Much easier than 2 piece lids

Work great!
SOOO much better then metal lids, which rust when washed. These lids fit a wide mouth mason perfectly. Highly recommend.

Plastic lids on wide mouthed jar
So much easier to loosen when fermenting cabbage into sauerkraut on my wide mouth jars. Inner rings a little difficult to clean but soaking in soapy water helps.

Canning Lids
Reusable lids so if they hold up will save money.
