These were the worst pads! Each one ended up curling up at the bottoms and tops sticking to the back of the pad. I had to use lots of tape for some and others I had to just take off. So frustrating for all the money and then not getting the treatments I needed. I would never ever buy them again!!!! Very upset and disappointed. Such a loss of money!!

Misleading product
Product description is misleading. It indicates dexamethasone med is included, but is not. Apparently that has to purchased through a doctor.Considering that, the patches are expensive.

When used Properly it works Great!
I purchased this exact patch from a friend who had no longer needed them. (And I do plan to put an order in once I'm approved for the medication needed for my illness.)This is the same patch that what was applied by my Physical Therapist with Medication added to the patch at that time. However in reading other reviews...I don't understand how some people thought the Medication was included in the patch. No where did I read "Medication Included". Also, if your skin is not Clean and free of Lotions and such, then naturally you will not have a secure seal with any type of adhesive patch. No patch is perfect and depending on where it is applied, will have a different seal. I had wore mine on the Upper Outside of Thighs so they sealed great. No lifting of edges, no loose areas, and since I only was instructed to wear them for the x-amount of hours until the Medication was fully absorbed, I thought it was extremely secure and did a great job. I can see if you are expecting this patch to adhear to an area where it will be stretched and pulled, such as over a joint or any bending area...well of course you will have issues with the sealing and you may have to add additional tape over the top to keep it from peeling up on the edges.I just don't want some people being discouraged from using a great product because they read a review from someone who may have been using it on an area that would have had sealing issues from ANY patch they used.Before purchasing any medical product you need you ask yourself if it is even capable of doing all you need it to do. And since these (in my case) were only to be worn for so many hours then removed...they worked great!I have lived with a painful disability most all my life and have learned that there is No Magical product out there that does it all. You may have to compromise and be creative in applications. However from many years of using many different kinds of Medical Patches, I have learned to ALWAYS seal any patch with additional medical tape.

Same patch that I used in physical therapy.
I used iontopatches in physical therapy to treat a repetitive sports injury, when I got out of therapy I continued to give myself dexamethasone treatment with these patches that I purchased from Amazon. I have found them to be the same as what the therapist used and since I give the treatment to myself, it's a lot less expensive. I am happy with this product and will continue to purchase them.
