Didn’t work as much as tried didn’t work. Would connect and then lost signal had full bar then no bar.

Not for Seniors...or Bluetooth.
This phone is not easy to use....Would not sync with Bluetooth.After Two weeks of trying I. purchased a new phone.I even went to my phone carrier and they couldn’t figure it out.So it sits in the box....I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Not for seniors.

Was having a hard time finding a phone my mother (who has Alzheimer's) could use. She didn't understand them at all. Ordered this one and she is extremely excited about it! She can use it and loves it!

Great phone for your senior!
I purchased this phone for my 85 year old father. He loved the large buttons and the memory buttons. He is now able to hear while talking on the phone which allows him to chat with his buddies. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

Disappointed with this phone ... and the replacement phone......both didnt work
First phone didnt work, so I got a replacement phone this also didnt work . Best part about this vendor............I got a full refund after sending phones back

Excellent téléphone avec touches parlantes rétroéclairées
Ma mère est malvoyante, ce téléphone a 12 touches programmables ! Programmation très rapide en suivant la notice d'emploi, très claire, en français. En quelques minutes, le téléphone a été paramétré. La prise en main par ma maman de 96 ans s'est très bien passé grâce aux touches parlantes !!! Je recommande ce téléphone aux nombreuses personnes âgées et aux malvoyants de tous âges. De plus, il y a la possibilité de le connecter à Alexa !!! Génial, enfin des progrès pour rendre la vie des malvoyants plus sympa !!! et à un prix très correct en plus !!! Merci

Pas si simple à régler
Acheté pour une personne âgée,pensant qu' il serait facile à mettre en fonction et bien non ,le mode avion c est installé seul et je n' arrive pas à débloquer cette fonction,de plus rien dans le minuscule livret d' instructions ne signal le mode avion,donc je pense fortement à demander un retour avec remboursement,dommage.
