The quality of the pad is great, as expected with Givi, and installation was pretty simple, drill two holes and screw it in place. My issue comes with the thickness of the pad. When it is mounted, it stands off the bag quite a bit, and creates a bit of a 'lump' support in the middle of your back, versus a more spread out, flat back support . I had to adjust the Top Box Mount as far back as I could safely, to get it in a comfortable riding position for the pillion. The OEM box offers a simple, large, flat pad for the pillion, and I think this is probably one reason why.

The Givi backrest pad comes with a template for drilling the holes for the screws , which is different for the E52 case than for the E46 case, so be sure you use the correct template. When mounted properly the backrest pad fits perfectly, looks nice, and is sufficiently soft to allow for passenger comfort and support.

Great product, brings good comfort. It is worth to buy it, abd very easy to install

A little on the expensive side, but it's the price you'll find across the internet. (Don't pay higher than here!). It is what it is and easy install.

Perfect fit on my 2015 Honda CTX 700D ABS DCT. Very happy. Expensive, but great quality.

This looks really good attached to the Givi trunk. The mounting screws seem to be a little short and are really hard to start.

It's true! Givi makes good stuff, the topbox is premarked and so installation was very simple and my wife liked it. BBuutttttt, I had it sitting on my porch overnight and in the morning it was gone. I found pieces of the back rest across the driveway but no topbox anywhere. I mentioned it to my neighbour a week later and he said he'd noticed something but hadn't checked it out yet - sure enough there was my box completely intact but no backrest and the silver trim band ripped off. It has a rack on top that he carried it with but the rest of it is too rounded and he couldn't get into it. I'd spilled a mocha latte in it a couple of months before so we figured he must have been needing his caffeine fix.

Si la qualité du produit ne suscite aucune critique, son design et sa dureté rendent son usage particulièrement inconfortable. Seule l'arrête supérieure du coussin est en contact avec le dos avec pour résultat une barre qui fait mal au dos très rapidement.

Il prodotto è fatto bene, robusto e facile da installare ed il prezzo è conveniente.
